Wuhan Qiaokou District Hotels

This is an outstanding hotel, centrally located in Wuhan’s Hankou District, right next to Tongji Hospital. The staff is exceptional—especially Janet, the hotel manager—who is a great resource and went out of her way to ensure a comfortable stay. English is spoken fluently, which made communication seamless. The non-smoking rooms are spotless, modern, and smoke-free—an absolute must for me. I had accidentally double-booked one of my nights, and the staff graciously issued a refund without any hassle. Given the location, service, and overall experience, it would be difficult to find a better value in Wuhan.

The shower glassdoor seal frame was faulty but the staff just sealed it back without having to use any glue or sealant so we had to be very careful whenever we use the shower room throughout our stay. Water temperature fluctuates in the shower too. Fridge was very mini and had a bit foul smell. Unaware of the nearest metro entrance of line 6 was closed so we had to cross the traffic light to use the other one. Lifts were quite slow perhaps due to it was shared between another hotel in the same building. Overall i only like the layout of the room.

The subway is right next to it, so it's very convenient to travel. The hotel breakfast is also very good! The room is quite new and the overall service is warm and thoughtful. I will stay here again next time and give it a 5-point praise!

該酒店前台客服服務態度很好，熱情周到，看見我們是長者，安排了相對安靜的房間，我們心裏暖暖的，給五星好評。前廳乾淨、寬敞、明亮，電梯速度很快，給五星好評。客房設施有個小小的建議，房間能有一把靠背椅子就好了，放個衣服涼個內衣要方便一些；衞生間洗浴的地面靠近馬桶地漏的地方能否留個出水口，因這塊地勢低，洗澡水不能及時流入洗浴地漏，洗澡時臟水淹沒拖鞋腳浸泡在臟水裡很不舒服。洗手盆水龍頭能否靠近磁盆，洗手時一半水在盆外順着枱麪往地面流會打濕客人衣服，放個地巾也會給該酒店增加成本的，希望改進。謝謝！

The bedding is comfortable, the breakfast is rich, the front desk service is good, the swimming pool is suitable for business travel, there are many breakfast varieties, the beef noodles taste good, the lobby is also very high-end, and the cost performance is very high

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. I had a good stay. But I have a small suggestion. I paid for the room with a bath but we were told the bath could not be used. Maybe it would be better to explain this in advance, or tell us during check-in. I would have just paid for the normal room and saved money. Secondly, I paid for breakfast. Usually the staff during check-in will say the location and time of breakfast before we leave to find the room. At this hotel, no information was given and so me and my friend just guessed the correct time to eat. Therefore, I feel to make the hotel experience better, the staff could be more attentive to the customer and pay greater attention to details.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Very modern and stylish design. The combination of sleek lines, art and trendy decor created a really aesthetically pleasing atmosphere. The staff here are outstanding. They greeted me with warm smiles and were always ready to assist. Whether it was offering local recommendations or quickly resolving a small issue, their professionalism and friendliness made me feel right at home. Location-wise, it couldn't be better. It's close to many popular attractions, great restaurants, and convenient transportation. I could easily explore the city without wasting much time on commuting. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top - notch experience. Definitely booking it again! 😃

It’s an affordable option for those who were not planning to go outside a budget! I think the staff was very friendly but I think the rooms could be a little more cleaner! The room was a bit cold even with the heater on but overall it was a nice place!

It was a great experience staying in this hotel during the May Day holiday. There are free popcorn and free children's puzzles in the hotel lobby. There are two computers in the lobby for printing. There are multifunctional chairs in the hotel room, which are very comfortable to sit on. The hotel also has free parking. The room is well arranged by Xiaolin at the front desk. The hotel is very close to the subway station, only 1.6 kilometers away, which is very comfortable. I will choose this hotel next time I stay. I highly recommend it and I am very happy.
