The shower glassdoor seal frame was faulty but the staff just sealed it back without having to use any glue or sealant so we had to be very careful whenever we use the shower room throughout our stay. Water temperature fluctuates in the shower too. Fridge was very mini and had a bit foul smell. Unaware of the nearest metro entrance of line 6 was closed so we had to cross the traffic light to use the other one. Lifts were quite slow perhaps due to it was shared between another hotel in the same building. Overall i only like the layout of the room.

The hotel staff were super friendly, Eileen in particular wss so warm and welcoming. The breakfast was fantastic and the bed really.comfortable. The one drawback was that my TV screen showing the Red Radisson logo was on all.night because I didn't know how to. switch it off. I could have alerted Reception to fix the issue but didn't. Charming robot waiter.

The hotel has an elegant environment. I have stayed here many times and I am very satisfied with it! ! The front desk staff always serve with a smile. This hotel is nice. Hotel staff is accommodating. My room got cleaned everyday. The good thing about this hotel it is nearby to IKEA and other activity like raising cart. Also there is hospital in the same building and nearby police station. It is safe location and environmental friendly.
