The duck meat is particularly firm and elastic, and the lotus root is authentic wild lotus root, especially powdery and delicious! The breakfast is a regular portion, and the taste is also good, and the ingredients are very fresh and clean. The main private bath is located high in the forest in the main courtyard. It is a separate house. The bathing area faces the woods and has no windows. The atmosphere is one with nature. You need to bring a swimsuit! Bathing requires reservations, 7 time periods per day, and you can enjoy the scenery if you book it during the day. Overall, the overall layout is good, and the details need to be more refined and perfect, such as soundproofing in the room, beds and furniture, etc. ~ The service awareness is worthy of praise! I came to Wuhan to play. After work, I drove on the highway and stopped in Huangpi to rest. So I chose this hotel. The room was clean and tidy, in line with Atour's standards. The facilities were also complete. The bedding was comfortable and washed away the fatigue of the journey. The sanitation was good and I didn't find any unclean places. The environment was quiet and comfortable, and the service was warm and thoughtful.

Hotel is about 20 mins walk from subway station. Suggest to take taxi to arrive hotel from airport or from train stations. Nice supermarket next door for drinks, snack and necessities. Hotel cafe only opens for breakfast. Chinese restaurant opens for lunch and dinner and the food is delicious. Only one Chinese restaurant within 100m from hotel. If not, you need to walk to a shopping mall which takes about 20 mins to find eateries.

I went to Mulan Grassland to visit, and after repeated selections, I finally chose the Vienna Hotel. The hotel facilities are novel, clean, and the environment is good. There is a light fragrance in the room. The little robot that delivers food is very cute and speaks cute words. The service of the in-store waiters is sincere and good. The hotel is a few minutes' drive from Huangpi Plaza in the Huangpi business district. It is convenient for eating and drinking. It is about half an hour's drive from Mulan Grassland and is convenient for sightseeing. Accommodation is very important when you go out and have fun. I am very satisfied with this hotel choice. Manager Chen, who was on duty that day, was very arrogant and put all the responsibility on my friend. I have traveled all over the country and have never seen a hotel handle problems like this. They relied on their certain power in the local area to handle problems with a smile on their face. They did not have the quality of a big hotel manager at all. That's all. I will never stay here again.

The waiters are very professional, enthusiastic, neat and straightforward, and the customer experience is particularly good 👍My daughter likes this place very much. The environment is very good and very quiet. I brought my daughter here for the New Year's Eve. By the way, the gentle and lovely lady at the front desk also helped to look after the children, 😉
