Clean rooms equipped with all the essential amenities for a comfortable stay. The breakfast is varied, offering both Chinese and Western dishes. Overall, an excellent stay. The hotel's location is easy to reach by metro, a bit less so by taxi due to the typically chaotic traffic in this tourist area. The hotel staff are very kind and helpful, and the location is convenient for visiting the pedestrian shopping areas. It’s also just a 25-minute walk from the piers for Yangtze River cruises.

Location is near mrt but it's more of like in a local area so it's not VV near to all the tourist attractions. But it's very convenient to take ”Di Di” around. - this hotel has laundry service as well!! Just have to wechat the receptionist and they will send a robot to receive your laundry!! After that, someone will hang the clean and dry clothes at your door knob. They do it very quickly as well! We send our clothes at night and receive them in the morning! - shower room and toilet are quite clean! We didn't use the bathtub but it looks clean as well~ - love the huge space given, the price per night is very affordable so if yall like big and comfortable space can choose this type of room - it has a gym as well, but don't have heavy weights, only baby weights. Have benches and treadmills. - they also have a convenience store right beside the reception. - very small hotel, only has three levels but it has been a really comfortable stay!! - since it's in a local area, please walk around to try their local food!! Some are really famous ones. Search on xhs to find~~

Only one out of the two lift is working, and the reception is on the 56th fllor and the room is on the 55th floor. It took too long just to get to the room. And the cleaning service did not manage to clean the washroom very clean. There were hairs on the drainage and also near the entrance door to the room. Overall, the room is clean. The good part is that we can reach the customer service by wechat if we needed anything during our stay, and they responded very quickly.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The intern staff Sun Mountain Tiger was extremely helpful and patient to answer queries, and help set up metro QR apps. The in-house gymn is well equipped and with sauna and steam bath. The hotel is located at Hankou business centre and a little off the major tourists sights. Thecloset tourist area is Jianghan pedestrian walk is three metro stations away. From there one can catch a free to cross over to Wuchang where the Yellow crane tower is located.

The shower glassdoor seal frame was faulty but the staff just sealed it back without having to use any glue or sealant so we had to be very careful whenever we use the shower room throughout our stay. Water temperature fluctuates in the shower too. Fridge was very mini and had a bit foul smell. Unaware of the nearest metro entrance of line 6 was closed so we had to cross the traffic light to use the other one. Lifts were quite slow perhaps due to it was shared between another hotel in the same building. Overall i only like the layout of the room.

I had a very comfortable stay at Jianghan Road Suixing Hotel. The room is spacious and bright, with complete facilities and good maintenance. The bed is moderately soft and hard, and the sleep quality is guaranteed. The hotel is in an excellent location, and you can reach the Jianghan Road business district just downstairs, which is very convenient for travel and shopping. Xiao Zhu at the front desk is proficient in business, the procedures are handled quickly, and the communication is cordial and natural. The overall cost-effectiveness is high, and I will choose it next time.

The hotel is very good. They called me in advance to make reservations. The room was arranged according to my requirements. They were very attentive. The surrounding dining and shopping are very convenient. The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the Wi-Fi speed is fast, and the shower water temperature is just right. Overall, whether it is hardware, software or cost performance, this hotel is outstanding, especially the hotel service. In the future, I will only stay in this hotel when I go to Wuhan on business trips. I haven't commented for a long time. I am really willing to write so many words from the bottom of my heart and give this hotel a 5-star praise. I hope more hotel managers can learn the professional management methods of this hotel, and I also hope that more travelers can experience the professional services of this hotel.

The ethos hotel is a great choice if you're planning a trip to wuhan! The hotel is perfectly located in the center of the ”Bund” area of wuhan. We spent two days walking around that area but barely scratched the surface. The rooms were very modern, clean and comfortable, albeit fairly small with a bit of a 'wasted' tiny balcony area and a tiny bathroom. The breakfast was fairly limited in choices but there are some classic wuhan breakfast options on offer so you can get your fix of reganmian or doupi if you want. The options were limited but they were quite tasty and fresh. There is a laundry room and a gym, there's supposed to be an outer deck, but it seemed to be closed when we tried to go outside, a bit of a shame because we wanted to see the view. Overall would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to

They take a 600yuan fee when you get there (just so you know. It is not advertised anywhere). Staff is very friendly and nice and everything is clean. There are two “Lady Floors” in the hotel. Breakfast is correct, if you are looking for nice toasts, it is not the place. The rest is ok. The location is really nice, it is a short walk to the river and then you walk around the park. Actually, it may be the best part of this hotel! It was a nice stay, but I wouldn’t repeat, the “vibe” of is not my style.

A great hotel but no AC (they say they have it but it simply doesn’t work) is probably a deal breaker for a lot of people. I wanted to like it more than I did because the room and amenities were good otherwise
