The hotel is in a great location near the CBD, and is in a little gated community of sorts with other hotels. True to its name, the hotel is in an apartment building, with reception on the 30th floor. The reception was very friendly and professional. The rooms have stunning views of the city, skyline and highway roads, perfect for Instagram! The rooms are very big as well, with a sofa, TV and voice activated lights and curtains. The bathroom has a remote controlled toilet, and is large and clean as well. Amenities include a fantastic Western/Chinese style buffet breakfast for extra. The chefs will also make you fresh dumplings/wontons/noodles on request! Also includes laundry with washing machines and dryers. Has a ”gym” which only includes treadmills, a cable machine, dumbbells and benches which is the bare necessities. For the price, it's incredible value. Stayed here twice on one trip

The hotel quite exceeded my expectations. The location is great! Near the subway station and some famous restaurants and cafes such as starbucks and burger king. The staffs were also nice and very accommodating. There was a problem with my room but they solved it quickly and paid attention to it in a polite manner. The room is comfortable and the bed is too soft!! Cleanliness is perfect and the facilities are brand new! Will definitely go back again and recommend to my friends.

We are happy staying in this hotel. Many thanks to Mr Han for helping us booked di di to the airport. We are foreigners and unable to book. The only short coming is taxi are not allowed to come in to the hotel, making taxi abit inconvenient. Also would like to point out that the housekeeping lady on 1/6/23 removed our written notes on the side table, and replaced with new pad. We lost some information written on the notepad. Housekeeping staff should be informed not to remove without guests permission . Thank you

This is our first trip to Wuhan and mainly for visiting relatives who live in Wuhan. Our first impression at Sheraton hotel is good. Started with the bell boy who greet us when we arrived at the hotel and help us with our big luggage. We have left one parcel at the taxi without notice. After we checked in the hotel we then realised that the parcel was left at the taxi. The concierge by the name of Owmen Zhou(周星驰）who is very kind and help us to call the taxi company to locate the taxi driver who drop us at the hotel and informed him to return the parcel to us ASAP and really appreciate his services and kindness. He did extra-miles to ensure we received our parcel on-time. in addition, he also introduced us the exhibition that the hotel have co-joined with the Wuhan museum to show case the impression of Wuhan city which gave us some insight of the Wuhan City. Even the house-keeper who are very kind and did a good job for the room. In general, we have good impression about this hotel and we strongly recommend to our friends who want to stay at Wuhan. Once again, a big thank you to the staffs at Sheraton hotel and make our stay at Sheraton a very pleasant one ! will come back again next time.

I must give a good review. My boyfriend and I made the reservation very late after we got off the plane from Thailand. As soon as we made the reservation, the hotel front desk called to check the information. Very satisfied with this stay experience! Sunny at the hotel has a super good service attitude. He always maintains a friendly smile. Every move he makes is full of professionalism and affinity, which leaves a deep impression on people. The location of the hotel is also very convenient, just opposite Hankou Station, and very close to everywhere (because it is in the center of Wuhan). The facilities in the room are very complete, and the decoration and design are of a high standard. I have always said that Wuhan is a hotel desert, but because this hotel has opened, my parents can book this hotel without thinking next time they come to Wuhan. It can be seen with the naked eye It's clean and tidy, with all daily necessities available, and the style is relatively luxurious, so you can't go wrong. I felt so comfortable during my stay and there was no inconvenience at all. In short, this is my absolutely honest review. Because it is a newly opened hotel, there may be fewer reviews. Friends who are booking a hotel can comment. I have stayed in so many hotels in Wuhan. At this price and location, this hotel is definitely on my list. One! It's a pity that I didn't take pictures of the interior of the room, but don't worry, it's exactly the same as the pictures or even better than the pictures.

It was a great experience to stay here. This hotel is worth the money. The room is spacious and bright, and the bed is comfortable, which ensures a good rest. The hotel is equipped with necessary facilities, such as washing machine, dryer and ironing machine. Xiao Cheng is not only warm and professional in service, but also makes me feel at home. Stayed here for a few days during the Mid-Autumn Festival, traveling with my kids. After comparing many hotels, I finally chose the Hilton Hotel which is very close to Hankou Station. The room is large and clean, and the price/performance ratio is very high. The service of the brand hotel is still as good as always, especially the front desk staff July and Maura are very considerate, and gave us moon cakes for the Mid-Autumn Festival, which made me, a foreigner, feel like I'm back home. The hotel gym has a lot of equipment, not only treadmills, but also dumbbells and other equipment, and free mineral water. It was a really good experience.

Very happy stay at this Hilton hotel. Rich breakfast mostly Chinese style. Extremely friendly staff, many thanks to receptionist Lulu 劉小璐 who helped us booked cars with her phone. And the cook station staff called 何雄who served noodles and congee, eggs etc. I got sick and the front desk gentleman helped us got a taxi and told the driver which hospital to go. The room seemed brand new, roomy and had voice control. It was fun talking to the voice control 小度. Love this Hilton, highly recommended. Don’t trust other hotels that claimed to be 4 stars, only the brand names hotels in China are real 4 or 5 stars. Going to 黃鶴樓&東湖 & Wuhan 高鐵站only cost ＜US10. We found a really good restaurant close by called 𨫎小城故事 in an eatery area called 1911. Very nice decor upstairs and cheap price. You can walk there in 10 minutes. And there’s a 萬達廣場just further away. Took a taxi back only cost 10 Yuen.

The first time I stayed at the Vienna hotel, the experience was very good. I really like the decoration style of the hotel. The staff at the front desk are also very enthusiastic, and they will greet them warmly when they stay and leave the store. The room was clean and tidy, and the supporting facilities were complete. When we needed extra disposable toothbrushes and razors, we were quickly sent over, and the waiter who sent things was very polite. The location of the hotel is also very good, not far from the subway to the hotel, there are also shopping malls and snack streets around.

The hotel service is very good. I checked in at 1:30 in the morning. The front desk guy was very gentle and patient, and helped me upgrade to a suite for free. I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the room. It was a great suite. Although it was very close to the elevated road, the room was very quiet and there was no noise. Even though I have a poor sleep, I slept very soundly and felt very good when I woke up in the morning. I like the big mirror and big bathtub in the bathroom. Parking is also very convenient. I will only stay here when I come to Wuhan in the future.
