I spent 4 nights at the Starry Garden Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious, bright, and spotlessly clean. The included breakfast was tasty and a great way to start the day. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Wuhan.

The hotel is in a great location near the CBD, and is in a little gated community of sorts with other hotels. True to its name, the hotel is in an apartment building, with reception on the 30th floor. The reception was very friendly and professional. The rooms have stunning views of the city, skyline and highway roads, perfect for Instagram! The rooms are very big as well, with a sofa, TV and voice activated lights and curtains. The bathroom has a remote controlled toilet, and is large and clean as well. Amenities include a fantastic Western/Chinese style buffet breakfast for extra. The chefs will also make you fresh dumplings/wontons/noodles on request! Also includes laundry with washing machines and dryers. Has a ”gym” which only includes treadmills, a cable machine, dumbbells and benches which is the bare necessities. For the price, it's incredible value. Stayed here twice on one trip

The hotel is very satisfied with the stay, the room is very good, the facilities are very good, and the environment is great. There is free room service on the first floor, delivered by robots, laundry room on the fifth floor, gym on the sixth floor, and porridge for warming the stomach at night on the first floor. A very satisfying stay. The hotel service quality is excellent, there are free drinks at the front desk, and the staff are very enthusiastic. The room facilities are fully equipped, and the photos are very good. The bedding is also very comfortable. I have to mention the breakfast here. The breakfast dishes are rich, the restaurant auntie is enthusiastic, and the specialties introduced are delicious, especially the hot dry noodles. Very satisfied!

Because I had to go to Hankou by train the next day, I booked this hotel which was very close to Hankou Railway Station. Let's talk about the room first. The hotel is very new, the room is clean and tidy, there is no peculiar smell, the facilities are relatively smart and complete, and the bed is very comfortable to sleep on. The lady at the front desk was warm and considerate, very polite, and even gave me a water cup. The only downside is that due to the location, the traffic outside is quite noisy in the morning. Overall, it is still highly recommended~

The rooms are well soundproofed, the network is super stable, and even the sockets are equipped with USB interfaces. The front desk and the room lady are also very friendly and can respond promptly to calls at any time. The response speed is fast. The hotel also has its own parking lot, which is very convenient for travel. Every time you go out, you can tell the license plate number and register within 10 minutes without charging. The breakfast is also very rich, meeting the tastes of different people. There are many types. I want to try every type. It's really good.

The hotel has lots of things to offer, a very cozy and smart room with basic equipment and needs. They have a delivery robot for take-away. I am also impressed with the free laundry service that they have. The breakfast was so delicious and lots of options. Great stay and I will definitely going back when I am in Wuhan. Lastly, the staff was very nice and they tried to help me out with the special check out time that I asked from them.

I came to Wuhan for a trip. Since I stayed at the Liyi Hotel near the airport and thought it was pretty good, I chose the same brand in the city. Although there were two minor incidents during check-in, the male receptionist and the manager on duty that day handled them positively and resolved them. I was going to give it a 5-point rating. But I can’t really describe what happened next. I woke up around 8 o'clock in the morning and it was quite cold (I didn't turn on the air conditioner at night because it was afraid of noise). After waking up, I adjusted the air conditioner to the highest setting of 30 degrees with high wind speed, but the temperature did not go up. It was not until I went out around 2 o'clock in the afternoon that the temperature rose from 16 degrees to around 19 degrees. Wuhan was also quite cold that day. When I was out, I called the front desk and told them about this matter. I just wanted them to take a look when they were cleaning, there was nothing else to do, so I didn't take it too seriously. But the female receptionist who answered my call really left a deep impression on me. The initial conversation was relatively normal, but after I finished speaking, she showed no apology and just asked me if I had closed the window. I said I had, and everything was actually fine up to this point, and I could accept normal inquiries. But when I said I had turned it off, all the front desk staff of all the hotels I met would say ok, they will help me check it when cleaning. I think this kind of reply is totally fine and I won't get angry. But this female front desk staff continued to question me with an impatient tone after I said it was turned off, asking me to confirm (if you have a recording, you can check it yourself). It was really speechless. I also said in the feedback that I just needed to check it when cleaning, but the feedback I got was indeed questioning. What kind of attitude of the front desk staff is this? To be honest, this was the first time I encountered this. Also, I don't know if they checked it when I came back at night. Anyway, I drove all night on the second night, and when I woke up in the morning, it was only about 21 degrees, which was much colder than the temperature of the hotel I stayed in Chengdu and the Liyi Hotel at the airport. But I didn't want to make any more trouble. Also, because of the attitude of the female receptionist on the phone, I didn't want to say anything at all. I hope the hotel can improve. It's not terrible to have problems, but the attitude of the first person who takes over after the problem really determines a lot.

Facilities: Everything is available, pots and pans, all kinds of home appliances are available, a group of people renting here for a long time, I think it will be very comfortable, play board games and watch TV. This time the kettle in this room is too loud and the projector is colored. Service: Very good, really very good. No interruption service but can find people at any time, great. Hygienic: I think it is still very clean and I like it very much. I recommend everyone to come to Wuhan to choose this homestay, which is more spacious than the hotel and the environment is better.
