After all, the ”Carrot” can be parked at the door of the hotel, and the ”Skyrail” is within 2 kilometers, which can be seen from the window of the hotel room. It perfectly realizes the ”purpose” of this trip, right? ! Thanks to Wyndham, the experience is perfect! As for the hardware, the hotel continues the consistent style and quality of Wyndham. In order to adapt to the high-tech of Konggu, the screen in the hotel lobby is also very technological, and the children are attracted as soon as they enter the door. Take-out robots are used throughout the process, and the curtains and toilets in the room are all intelligent, with a strong sense of modern technology integration. At the same time, the breakfast is also good. Although it is not as good as expected, it is enough to meet the various tastes of the family. I personally think it is completely worth it! The guy is not only ”Very nice” in appearance, but also speaks gently and provides very thoughtful service. It was very hot at noon and helped us send our luggage to the waiting area. I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. It was wonderful from start to finish. Upon arrival I was warmly welcomed by the staff and given fruits after check in. Even though some of them had limited English, their willingness to to help made it easy and enjoyable. It’s clear they prioritize guest satisfaction. The room were spacious, clean and equipped with all the amenities one could need. The room was warm at night. They had variety of breakfast, there was something for everyone. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay!

Everything was so beautiful about our trip, especially the employees and the way they helped with everything! I would fully recommend visiting. However a few things to note, seems like the outdoor swimming pool is never open or open in specific times. Also the indoor swimming pool you MUST wear a swimming cap, we just wanted to do some casual swimming but they wouldn’t let us without a cap which is a shame really as this was one of the reasons we visited this specific hotel and we didn’t get to use either swimming pool. Also there isn’t an actual “bar” but there are comfortable seats where you can order alcohol in the main lobby but not really a bar. Only one of the restaurants was open in the evening. Overall would stay again if the amenities are sorted. Also, don’t copy and paste the local address on the APP as it takes you to the wrong location and had to take another 30 minute taxi!!

The room is quiet and comfortable, the staff is enthusiastic and professional, and the price is so affordable. It is really a leader among hotels of the same level! I chose this hotel temporarily, but I didn't expect the environment to be so good. I am a loyal fan of Lavande, and this store is the most cost-effective one I have ever stayed at. The parking lot is also very convenient. It is right inside the hotel. Unlike when I stayed in the basement before, I had to look for the hotel everywhere. The lobby is very spacious and there is afternoon tea. The room is clean and the service is very good😌😌

After a long time, the waiter brought an ear pick, but it didn't come out. I ordered a takeaway ear pick set to get it out. The hotel was very indifferent. I asked if there was a clinic nearby that could solve it, but they didn't know. The quality of the hotel's cotton swab was too poor The room was relatively small, and there was no place to put things There were no slippers for taking a shower, so I had to go barefoot🦶 In short, the experience was too bad

Standard configuration, the room is clean and tidy, the cleaning sisters are super polite, the younger brother and the younger sister at the front desk are also very good, the speech is very gentle, any needs will be met, in short, the details are handled very well. If you come to travel, you can rest assured, although it is not a central location, the price is lower than other seasons, the price is very high, and it is close to the subway station. Plus the hotel is not soundproof, so I couldn't sleep well. I came to Wuhan on a business trip. If I had known this, I would have taken the high-speed train early in the morning.
