This smart hotel doesn't require you to turn on the lights when you enter the room, which is quite magical. The service is also very attentive and thoughtful. The room is spacious and bright, with complete facilities. It is very cost-effective and affordable. There are snacks all around. Finally, you don't have to order takeout. There are food all downstairs.

Had a very good stay in this hotel. Clean, cozy and spacious room yet the price is very affordable. My room was upgraded for free upon check in which is a pleasant surprise. The front counter staff is very helpful and attentive. Room was cleaned everyday without fail during my stay. The location is strategic, just a short walk to subway station, shopping mall and food street just right at the corner. Really a perfect stay and couldn’t ask for more.

The hotel is fantastic, with all the facilities very spacious and with 6-star service. I commend the employee Cora Cheng for her attentive service and cordiality.

Had an amazing stay at this hotel, the location is pretty convenient because the subway is right next to the hotel. Most staff members can speak English and their breakfast options are amazing, there’s a lot of great dishes to choose from. Will definitely be coming back!

The building is conveniently located if you need to go to the sport center, it is also a few steps away from a Wanda mall. However the room smells bad, a mixture of mold and cigarette even with the window open all day. To my opinion the bathroom should be re-built or truly deep cleaned. The quality of people living around is not good, not very clean and very loud at any time of the night, unfortunately the wall and door is terribly isolated so you will hear everything. For light sleeper like me it is very uncomfortable. I have to say tho that the concierge woman was very understanding and kind, she is also able to speak English. A positive point just for her good service !!

The room is good, clean, the bed is more comfortable, the lake view is good, maybe the National Day, there are many guests, the washing machine is just above the head, the vibration is not stop 😑😑

Firstly, the staff were fantastic; every single person we met from the moment we walked in was incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic. We were here for a concert with our child, and this place was incredibly convenient. Downstairs, there's the Wanda Golden Street food street, and it's genuinely just a few minutes' walk to the Sports Center. With the concert starting at 7:30 PM, we could head down around 6:30 PM and still have a leisurely stroll over. It was even better after the concert; no need to worry about traffic jams, and we could grab a late-night snack downstairs. The hotel's overall environment was also great, especially the bathroom. The sink area and shower room were very spacious, with excellent wet/dry separation, which was really convenient. The price was also reasonable. It's definitely my top choice for concerts! I'll absolutely choose to stay here again next time I'm in town for a show!

The hotel is ok, but the noise is a bit too much. The soundproofing is very poor. There is a very loud ping-pong noise at night, which makes it difficult to fall asleep. I finally fell asleep, but was woken up by the people eating at the food stalls opposite the hotel. They were still shouting at midnight. The noise of vehicles on the road was also very loud. I even heard the sound of drilling in the middle of the night. It's hard to comment.

I came here on a business trip with my husband and children. The hotel environment is very good, the front desk service is particularly good. Because the room was full due to the exhibition, they took the initiative to upgrade to a suite. The hotel breakfast does not have many varieties, but it is delicious, the fruit is very fresh, and my husband and children especially like the swimming pool and billiard room.
