Very nice and good service, located well for my visit. I did think it was odd that you need a room key to use the lobby bathroom, which was actually an issue when I met my friend for tea and he needed to use it, and then again, after I checked out, before I made the long journey to the airport.

The overall experience is acceptable and can basically meet the needs. The service attitude is good and the facilities are relatively complete. However, the environment is a bit average, and there is room for improvement in lighting and ventilation in the room. Overall, I am quite satisfied and look forward to further optimization of environmental details in the future.

The murals and artistic decorations in the hotel corridors and halls are unique, but there must be big problems with the management of this hotel. From the attitude of a male waiter at the front desk to the hotel hygiene, there are big loopholes everywhere. The hotel carpet was originally intended to improve the style and grade, but if there is no ability to maintain it, it is better to replace it with flooring or tiles, at least it is easy to keep clean. The hotel's hygiene is also problematic. Many places in the room show that this is not the quality that a professional team should have. The scale on the hardware can be easily cleaned with professional scale removers or hardware cleaners, but it has not been done. There are obvious large patches of dirt on the carpets both in the room and in the corridors. The restaurant waiter's work clothes are worn and have obvious holes. It is incredible. Is this for reminiscing about the past or something? I looked at the comments. Two years ago, guests reported these soft service problems, but it is still the same now. So, this should be because there is a problem with the entire management system. It's a pity for the hardware. Even if it is replaced now, it is still very good. It's all human problems.

Located opposite the Optics Valley shopping district within walking distance and near East Lake, it is within reach of many places of interest. Staff are professional and friendly, but lack attention to details. There are plenty of facilities like swimming pool and gym but only accessible to members who own a yearly membership. These facilities are outsourced to third-party contractor. It doesn't make sense for travelers who stay for a few days to buy a year membership just to utilize the facilities.

The location is far away, but close to the subway entrance, there is a Walmart nearby, and close to the university. The environment is cleaned every day, and there are few varieties of breakfast. There are some thoughtful little things prepared at the front desk for you to use. There was no price increase during the Chinese New Year, and the price-performance ratio is very high.
