Hotels in Taihu Lake Scenic Area, Wuxi

Ctrip 🍃 selected this hotel when traveling in Wuxi, and the stay experience 🏨 was very good. There is a parking lot on the first underground floor 🅿️, with charging piles, which is very convenient for slow charging, and the price is 1.20 yuan/kWh 🍃 (regardless of time period). After returning from the trip at night, I plugged in and charged back to the room, and it was fully charged in the morning, which was very convenient 👍🏻. When I checked in, the front desk lady 👩🏻 upgraded the apartment type to the store. The room was quiet, clean and hygienic. There were welcome fruits 🍎, and the breakfast variety on the first floor 🍚 was also very rich. The front desk lady Li Yun 👩🏻 was warm and friendly 👌🏻, and she could always solve any problem she had. I like it very much 👍🏻, and I will come again 🌹 to stay 😁

Upon arrival, we have very joyful pleasurable welcome by the hotel service personnel. In view of our room is city view, we request to look into if lake view room, how much is require to pay. Mr. Xu, who attended to us provided us with free upgrade, we feel touch and impress. The Breakfast is good and there are full of variety of choices. For dinner, the hotel food is delicious and the service of the waitress is pleasant and friendly. We have a Wonderful stay at the hotel.

Taihu Hotel is said to be the former state guesthouse. I really came to the right place. It has a super large garden with mountains, water and bamboo forest. The environment is comfortable with birds singing and flowers blooming during the day and very quiet at night. It happened to be my birthday and the hotel was very considerate to upgrade the room and provide a lot of services. I was really surprised and grateful. The management is very humane and the five-star service is very attentive. I didn’t enjoy the swimming pool this time. I didn’t have time. I must spend two more nights swimming next time.

What was initially a lonely business trip turned into a much more pleasant one, thanks to the receptionist lady with glasses. Perhaps she noticed my sadness and kindly upgraded me to an executive suite! The executive lounge had a wide view, offering a beautiful scene of 蠡湖 Lake. The two ladies working there were warm and attentive! I even made myself an orange C Americano, which lifted my spirits. Breakfast was plentiful, and the Wuxi soup dumplings were quite popular. The coffee was available to-go as well. I look forward to returning again!

The room is quite good, the bed in the family room is big enough, and the small courtyard view on the first floor is great. Facing the Sakura Square, it is convenient to travel, and the car goes directly to the door. It is great value for families with children. The scenery is pleasant, the cherry blossoms are as beautiful as a dream, and a close-up of my car. Get up early to take pictures of the beautiful scenery with fewer people, and you can slowly enjoy the night cherry blossoms at night, which is great😎

Services: The room was clean and hygienic, there was no smell, intelligent voice service, bedding and toiletries were not bad, worthy of the price. But the room was small and the floor drain in the shower was blocked and it was not dealt with. The worst thing is the window. Although it is not a dark window, it is almost no different from the dark window. The window is small and there is a wall outside. There is a dim light that can penetrate in the morning.

Very nice hotel with good service. The begining was a bit bumpy as the room was not ready when we arrived at 3pm and information for all services were not given( Breakfast/ Dinner/ Opening hours) . However the staff was nice especially at the restaurant with Xiao Yang. The room has a beautiful lake view. The location is a bit far from the city center but anyway the Typhoon didn't allow us to go outside. Swimming pool is clean and not many people... We enjoyed and left the hotel rested.

This hotel is the smartest hotel I have ever stayed in! The hotel is very big and the decoration is very luxurious! The front desk service is very good. When you enter the room, you will see that the toilet is smart! It is also equipped with Xiaodu! Not only is it very close to Yuantouzhu attractions, but the environment is also great! Although there are road traffic all around, the sound insulation effect is really good! Very quiet! I had a very comfortable sleep all night. I will stay at her place next time I come to play.

The room on the 28th floor has a great view. There is a 24-hour Family Mart downstairs. Next to it is Wanxianghui and Line 4 Sports Center subway station. Four stops directly to the entrance of Huishan Ancient Town. It is super convenient. There are plenty of parking spaces in the garage. Xiao Zhang at the front desk is very nice and will be there in advance. After calling us, they would pick us up at the basement and deliver us to the room. If we have any questions, we can communicate with them in time. Next time I come to Wuxi, I will stay here☺

I really don't know how this four-diamond hotel got a rating... The room is very small. There is nothing in the extra bed in the photo, and there is no place for a bed. In other words, the room in the photo is larger than the actual room we stayed in. I feel cheated. The soundproofing of the room is not good to begin with, and the people staying there are all old men and women from the tour group. They chat with their doors open late at night and laugh loudly. All takeout can only be delivered to the lobby, and those who live in the back building can only get it in the lobby. The shower water is very difficult to adjust. If you put it in the middle and slightly to the left, it will be scalding, and if you put it in the right, it will be cold water. The waiter is good, and he can deliver whatever you want quickly, but the hardware is too poor. This hotel dares to charge more than 400 a night without breakfast. I am really a big victim. I will never book it again!
