The hotel lobby staff were incredibly slow at check-in; it took them over ten minutes to sort out three rooms. The hotel's layout is bizarre, and while the rooms are spacious, they feel a bit dated. Breakfast was a letdown, practically inedible.

I extended my stay for another night because of the excellent service. Even though the facilities aren't brand new, the service truly makes up for it. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip, and hopefully, I'll get an extra breakfast voucher next time!

The service was excellent, and the room was quite spacious with an outdoor balcony. It's super close to the South Gate of Wuyi Mountain, which was very convenient. Just a short walk from the hotel, there are several local restaurants with delicious food! 😋

We had a great time even though we didn't enjoy the free hotsprings because we were on a road trip. Will definitely come again.

Wyndham Garden Wuyishan is an absolute gem for travelers! Its location is superb, within walking distance of the scenic area's South Entrance, making it incredibly convenient for visiting the Nine-Bend Stream bamboo rafts and Tianyou Peak, and also easy to get back to the station. The rooms are spacious and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding. Some room types even offer mountain views, showing great attention to detail. The most delightful surprise was the complimentary hot springs and outdoor pool – a perfect way to relax and soothe tired muscles after a day of hiking. Breakfast is a fantastic blend of Chinese and Western options, plus local Wuyi snacks, offering a rich variety of delicious choices. The staff are warm and attentive; check-in was efficient, and they patiently shared travel tips. Free WiFi and parking are available, and the family-friendly facilities are excellent. Whether you're traveling with family or solo, this place is perfect, offering incredible value for money. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Wuyishan!

The facilities are outdated and poorly maintained. The bathroom was dirty, and many buttons were broken. The parking lot was dirty, dark, and small. There were even bloodstains on the bath towels? As for the room service, the duvet was messily folded, and the pillows were just thrown on the floor? They've even acquired apartments from the building across the street and turned them into guest rooms, making everything feel chaotic. This is by far the worst Wyndham hotel I've ever stayed at in my life.

We enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Breakfast dishes were not replenished when we were there at 9am for three mornings. However, the congee and eggs were enough for us. We walked to the entrance of the Wuyishan National Park (about 1.5km) and also walked back from Impression Da Hong Pao (about 1km) after the show at night. We enjoyed walking so the distance is not an issue for us.

A wonderful hotel near the Wuyi Shan scenic area, very easy to get a Didi ride.  Love the hot spring facility as well as delicious breakfast.

The room facilities are typical of a hot spring hotel. The room decor is a bit dated. The swimming pool and hot springs downstairs are a big plus, but the management could use some improvement. The hotel grounds are very spacious and the environment is quite pleasant. I'd recommend staying here if you're not too particular about cleanliness and modern amenities.

I always stay here when I go to Wuyishan. The hot springs are so nice. I enjoy the breakfast buffet. Five minute DiDi to the national park.
