Great experience. The room we were originally assigned did not have working AC and the staff were kind enough to switch our rooms. Located in a wonderful theme park with shows and night activities. Great for families.

The stay was wonderful. The staff at front desk made our stay extremely comfortable. The hotel has a highly professional staff and they go out of the way to make your stay comfortable. Special thanks to the lady at front desk miss zang huihui... she was always so quick to respond . They made a mini refrigerator available at 5 minutes notice and specially coordinated with the restaurant to manage my dietary requirements... Rooms are very spacious and the hotel is right in the center of the resort. Making it very convenient to access any amusement at short distance. the resort itself is a 5 star experience... The four seasons water park is highly enjoyable . It has a lot of rides for every age group.. my youngest is 3 years old & eldest is 9.. all enjoyed it very much...the best experience is the live performance called "meeting wuyuan"... You must take the boating experience but at night.. so as to fully enjoy the night view in essence... In short... Spend the day in water park and get out as soon as the sun goes down...the resort offers you the best day & night amusement combination to plan your visit despite hot weather in wuyuan! End your day with live performances and night view... Every penny is worth it!!!

No one answered the phone at the hotel front desk three times, which is speechless. You need to go to Wumeng Hotel for breakfast, and you also need a shuttle bus to arrive. The room in Xixinyuan is not bad. The geographical location belongs to the core location of the scenic area. It is close to watching performances and eating. The room fee of more than 400 yuan with two tickets is cost-effective. The night view in the scenic area is good, and there are many performances. If you have not played in similar scenic spots, you can try it.

At first, they said there were no rooms, and after communication, they agreed to move to the "second floor". As a result, the so-called second floor was actually the first floor, and it was very far away from our room, and there was a large square in the middle. Let's talk about the interior of the room. It was full of spotlights, and the light was dim, but the key was that the hygiene was worrying-there were spider webs hanging in almost every spotlight😭 The room at this price didn't even have a refrigerator, and there were small black spots on the mattress. Fortunately, I brought my own sheets. The bathroom is quite big, but there is a weird smell as soon as it is opened, and the floor is also wet😓 The service is hard to describe, the waiter feels like a part-timer. I understand that there are a lot of customers during holidays and the work is hard. I can accept the price increase, but at least don't let the guests get angry?
