Nankun Shanju Hot Spring Resort Reviews

We were a large group traveling with multiple families and kids, and I have to say this is a very kid-friendly hotel. The staff were incredibly accommodating and patient with the children. Li Qiuyi provided excellent service; she was always quick to respond to a call and help us out.

Facilities: Pretty good. The public bath is very comfortable when there aren't too many people. Private hot spring: The water was warm initially but quickly turned cold, so it felt pretty average. Breakfast: The variety was mediocre, and there weren't many seats. If you came late, you had to go to another area, which was a bit dim.

If it's the off-season, it's a perfect spot for hot springs♨️. The hotel's family-friendly amenities are very thoughtful, featuring a dedicated constant-temperature children's splash pool with suitable water temperature and safety measures. The hot spring area boasts multiple themed pools, including herbal and fish therapy pools, all of which display public water quality test results. The guest rooms are spacious, and the attention to detail is excellent.

The room has a private balcony, and most importantly, a private hot spring tub! The service was excellent, and breakfast was included. The hotel's surroundings and greenery are beautiful. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience.

The private hot spring pool in the first room overflowed from the floor drain outside. We were moved to a second room, where the curtains were broken, and since it was on the ground floor facing the public swimming pool, people could easily look in. At this point, they claimed they had no other rooms available and gave me a third room, which was ten square meters smaller than what I originally booked. They argued for a long time and were reluctant to refund the price difference. The process for getting a refund was also very unclear. Their staff were extremely inexperienced. It took them all evening to process a 50 RMB refund. When we moved to the second room, the staff helped us with our luggage, but when we moved to the third room, the staff just handed us the key card and left without any assistance. After three or four hours of hassle, all they offered was a 50 RMB compensation for financial loss and a smaller room, with no other apologies or compensation. The breakfast selection was very limited, the restaurant was tiny, packed with people, and the aisles were crowded, making it impossible to find a seat. Staff also didn't proactively set up cutlery on newly vacated tables; guests had to get it themselves. I will definitely not be returning.

huge room, toilet and spring water bath is great, not much outdoor activities there

It was the perfect trip with my mum. The hot springs facilities were excellent. Highly recommend it for a small family trip. The room was really nice and it was lovely to have a private spring in your room. The photos are accurate and the food was good! Highly recommend this stay.

The really enjoyed my stay. The room was big, staff very helpful and the food was good. I will definitely visit again. They have activities in the wetland park such as go-karts, dirt bike riding and bumper cars.

Decent hotel, a few local restaurants nearby however commute can be bothersome

Excellent resort, it is probably one of the best resort I stayed before. I reached early, around 5am in the morning, but the lobby reception staff so nice and helpful, she ask me to wait for a while, she can let me check in early. And the next day when I check out, she also give me a local souvenir,,

It’s a great place to get away as a couple or as a family, hot springs are good but not much of a food choice around the hotel.

Friendly service and thoughtful details The front desk took the initiative to help upgrade the room type and sent welcome fruit. The cleaning lady cleans very carefully every day and the housekeeper Wu Meiqin is always responsive to every request. Complete facilities Company team building, with mahjong and KTV. The facilities are complete and rich. Good place for gathering.
