Moxy Xi'an Downtown

Nice new hotel near Bell Tower. Comfy room. Morning staff was nice to help me book attraction tix and call for taxi.

We love the vibes of the hotel and how it is conveniently located to many of popular eateries and food street. The metro exit is just outside the hotel which makes travelling really easy as well. We did not manage to try out all the facilities but what stood out was the VR game and the karaoke kiosk. They also have some games in the lobby to help kill your time. Would also like to commend May and Lemon for their kind help and service when checking us in. The concierge was also friendly and helpful though not fluent in English. Space wise in the hotel was also comfortable and they even have a air purifier in our room. Another bonus point was that they have the Chinese traditional costume kiosk and photographer for just 499 RMB which is super convenient because you can just have your makeup done and return it the next day right at the lobby.

Pretty friendly staff, clean, altho the last day I saw a tiny baby cockroach in the bathroom floor, it was pretty clean the entire room, not sure where did the baby cockroach come from.

This is a real gem in the area. Service was really good with robot delivering bottled water to my room. KTV was one of the surprises, too! Customer service was excellent especially 梅明星, two ladies who offered me warm birthday wishes and the other gentleman at the front desk who helped me book a massage. The location is very close to metro with popular restaurants nearby. All these have made my first Xian trip an unforgettable experience.

This hotel was amazing. Great location near the bell tower and an abundance of restaurants. The metro is a closeby too. The rooms were clean and unique. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were given free welcome cocktails and snacks on the first day. The manager, Daisy, was especially helpful. There are a few games to play in the lobby/bar area. Just a tip for checking in: the check in counters are on the second floor in the bar. There's no English sign for this.

The location of the hotel is very central and convenient to get to places if you were to use the metro. The metro is only 3 mins away and you can walk to most of the attractions around the bell tower. However, the rooms can be noisy in the day time as the performance square is just beside it and have opera singing almost everyday in the afternoon during my stay there. This doesn’t bother me as I am out most of the time in the afternoon. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and spacious. I would like to thank Joy and Lemon especially for helping me sort out my speed train tickets when I have problem trying to book online. They both were very helpful during my 3 nights stay there. They were very service oriented and are both a treasure to the hotel management. Because of their good and friendly service, I returned to stay after my trip back from Huashan.

Staff were very helpful and friendly and accommodated our check-in late at night. The location is excellent as it is within walking distance to the Muslim street. The MRT station is just outside of the hotel.

Excellent hotel! Good location! 3 mins walk to metro. Breakfast is very good. Room is spacious.. The staffs are very helpful. Will stay again in this hotel if coming back to Xian
