Xi'an Bell Tower Metro Station Atour X Hotel Reviews

Our room was upgraded for free, and despite being in the bustling Bell Tower area, it was very quiet at night. We were also pleased with the cleanliness. The hotel's location is very convenient for visiting the Stele Forest Museum and the Bell and Drum Towers.

The front desk staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful, and I was very happy with my room. The environment was lovely, and the bedding was super comfortable – just fantastic! I highly recommend everyone stay here for a truly high-quality experience!

The hotel is located in a convenient area just a little far from the metro line 2, walk from line 6 is just about okay with luggage. The hotel has free congee, steamed dumpling and bun between 21:30-23:30. Staff are friendly but I wish they can speak English. The room I stayed for the first night is in the 9th floor, I had to change to another room on 8th floor due to the vibration, likely from the room plant. In general the acoustic between room is not great, especially between the bathroom. They stay is pleasant enough.

The hotel's location is great, with convenient transportation. Within 300 meters, there are excellent Xi'an local eateries, so you don't need to trek all the way to the Muslim Quarter. We stayed in a twin room, and the beds could be pushed together, which was perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. The breakfast selection was rich and varied. They offer fruit and drinks during the day, and congee as a late-night snack. Overall, it was pretty good. The front desk staff, both the ladies and gentlemen, were lovely and very helpful, assisting with whatever they could. The only downside is that if you open the window, it can be a bit noisy since it's street-facing. However, it's fine with the windows closed. If you're particularly sensitive to noise, you might want to request a room facing the residential area.

The room was clean, the shower was great, and the service was very attentive and thoughtful. The air conditioning was just right, and the soundproofing was excellent. The bedding was super soft and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, and the room facilities were complete. The TV connected to the internet quickly.

The location of the hotel is fantastic and it’s just a short walk  away from the Bell Tower and Muslim street. It has the usual good standards of Atour hotels with comfortable beds, great service and a good spread of breakfast. The best is the self-service laundry.

The front desk and staff were very welcoming, and the hygiene was excellent. The breakfast was delicious, and the location was convenient for getting around with lots of shops and local famous eateries nearby. I'd definitely stay here again!

The room was as clean as ever, but it had an odor, similar to the outside air. Perhaps the air quality in that area isn't good. I'd suggest adding an air freshener to the room.

Everything is cool with this hotel. Can’t go wrong with Atour as long s the location is good!

Overall, it's pretty good. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to the Stele Forest, and very close to the subway station. There are tons of great restaurants nearby, which is super convenient. I stayed in an elegant room, and it was quite quiet. Even though it gets lively downstairs at night, the room itself remained very peaceful.

For tourists, this is truly a dream spot! Major attractions such as the Muslim Quarter, Drum Tower, City Wall, and Forest of Stone Steles Museum are all within easy walking distance. Plus, returning to the hotel after exploring the city's night views was incredibly convenient. **Ambiance and Facilities** Upon entering the lobby, I was immediately struck by its design – the minimalist modern decor with warm lighting created an instant calming atmosphere. My room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. A notable feature was the excellent soundproofing; despite the hotel being on a main street, I couldn't hear any outside noise. The bathroom was thoughtfully designed with separate wet and dry areas, and the smart toilet and modern shower facilities were definite highlights. **Culinary Delights Just Steps Away** The hotel's surroundings are a true food paradise! Within a 5-minute walk, you'll discover: * 'Lao Ma Jia Pao Mo' in the adjacent alley, known for its rich broth and tender meat. * 'Ziwu Road Rou Jia Mo' (a local Chinese burger), which is incredibly flaky and delicious. * For late-night snacks, you can even try 'Sajinqiao BBQ,' a local favorite. The front desk staff proactively upgraded my room when availability allowed and even provided a hand-drawn map of local food spots. The 24-hour laundry room and gym are fantastic amenities for long-term travelers. And as a bonus, if you return before 11 PM, you can enjoy a complimentary warm bowl of late-night porridge!
