Stayed at Atour during the May Day holiday. Apologies for the late review! Atour is definitely the go-to hotel for both family trips with kids and business travelers. They provide kids' toothbrushes and slippers, offer late-night congee (Zhou Dao), and have laundry/drying services, making it particularly suitable for business travelers. During the May Day holiday, the front desk also offered delicious pineapple and plum water, which was incredibly refreshing. They even gave us complimentary breakfast vouchers. Atour's breakfast absolutely deserves a special mention. It's definitely one of the best breakfasts you'll find in this price range. They have a local specialty stall, which really gives you a taste of the city's local culture right from the start, and they even offer takeaway/pack-up service. Seriously, which other hotel lets you pack up breakfast?! For all these reasons, Atour is absolutely the top choice. It's very close to the Bell and Drum Towers, a prime location.

What truly exceeded my expectations, though, were the pillows – a perfect combination of a latex pillow and a fluffy one! Definitely a big plus! Even though the restaurant was compact, the breakfast selection was surprisingly varied and delicious, providing a satisfying start to each day. I'm a regular guest at this hotel, but my experience this time was absolutely terrible, and I will not be staying here again. 1. Despite being renovated just two years ago, the room still had an unpleasant odor. 2. During a heatwave, the hotel suffered a power outage at night, and then the TV inexplicably turned itself on. 3. There was no hot water available in the morning. 4. When I tried to extend my stay due to these issues, the front desk staff inexplicably mocked me. 5. As an Atour Gold member, I was denied breakfast.
