Tianyi Business Hotel

I placed an order for a hotel on my first day in Xi'an, but unfortunately the room did not match the actual room size. The order stated how many square meters it was, but the actual room was smaller than what was written. If you spread out your suitcase, there won't be much space left, and there won't even be room for breakfast. The sanitation aspect is pretty good, but the facilities in the room are so-so. They are not the facilities that will be opened in 2024, but just changed the company name in 2024, and the beds are somewhat broken, and there are still some in the room. It smells musty and the air conditioner is quite dirty. It has not been cleaned for a long time. I hope the hotel can clean the air conditioner in the future.

The hygiene of the room is extremely poor. There is no water in the bathroom sink, the faucet is broken, and the bathroom floor drain does not discharge water. What is even worse is that the hotel does not provide parking spaces.

Hygiene: The house is a bit dirty and nothing outstanding. Facilities: Very few, basically nothing available, but the only good thing is the complete infrastructure Environment: It’s hard to judge whether it smells bad or fragrant. Service: The waiter's attitude is very good and he can explain everything in place.

The soundproofing of the room is poor. Everything else is fine
