Overall, my experience at the hotel room was positive. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, providing a comfortable stay. The location of the hotel was convenient, offering easy access to nearby attractions and amenities.
However, one drawback was that the air conditioning was not functioning properly during my stay. Despite staying for three days, the issue with the AC persisted. In response to my complaint, the hotel staff provided me with a fan to mitigate the discomfort caused by the lack of cooling.

The room is good value for money, the environment is clean, tidy and beautiful. It is just a few minutes away from Hepingmen Metro Station Exit A. The hotel is very close to the city wall Wenchang Gate, Yongning Gate and the old vegetable market. The old USB port on the table in the room can be updated Overall, I am quite satisfied with the accommodation. The room also has floor heating and is very warm even without the air conditioner. The chubby guy with glasses at the front desk was very attentive and helped us change the direction of the room. Once you come to Xi'an, you won't want to leave. City
