Tell the front desk in advance not to call me. A phone call wakes me up at 12 noon. I sleep during the day, and a phone call wakes you up. Would you like to? There is no soy milk for breakfast past 8 o'clock, and there are no more than 5 kinds of things, which is very simple! The service of the hotel is extremely poor. They deliberately called others to sleep, the room hygiene is also poor, and the decoration is ugly. The worst hotel I have ever stayed in!

位置很好，距離地鐵站步行5分鐘，附近就是安定門。是老牌的高檔酒店，服務真的很棒，每一位工作人員都很熱情，入住時贈送了早餐，早餐種類豐富，炒菜做的很棒。健身房設施比較全，住了兩天也用了兩次，維護的超級好。衞生打掃得很好，雖然比較老但很乾凈，就是臨街會有點吵，但不太影響睡眠。總體真的很棒，西安好吃西安人好好，以後還來。

雖然是15年的酒店，但是設施維護的很好；入住的是1608，房間很大，前台服務很好👍，衞生也可以；但是這個wifi真的糟心了，用着很是難受；我是用4G的人，西安是沒有4G嗎？強制要我開5G。樓上還有一個健身房，複合器械，，還是比較好的。

這簡直是我住過最幸福的酒店，性價比超高。最令我温暖的是酒店的前台，簡直貼心的不要不要，想顧客之所想[強]其次酒店的衞生，非常滿意，乾淨無異味。床墊非常舒服，軟硬剛好。酒店地理位置優越，城牆根下，踱步大名鼎鼎的回民街、鐘樓，交通便利，地鐵、公交站就近，外地人旅遊住宿好去處[強]前台小組服務很好。

酒店位於安定門附近，距離地鐵約5、6分鐘，附近有多趟公交車，幾乎所有線路都能到鐘樓；酒店房間和衞生間都很大，住着不侷促，衞生也不錯，沒有異味，前台服務也很好，貼心贈了早餐😁😁

房間乾淨寬敞，離周邊景區都很近。入住前台小哥免費送了早餐券，但我想嚐嚐周邊特色小吃就沒有體驗。服務蠻周到的配套洗衣房就在隔壁，樓上貌似有健身房，但沒時間去，有機會再來
