My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional. They tried to charge me for their own dumplings, falsely adding it to my room rental bill, which felt like a scam. The service was painfully slow, and getting anything done took far too long. Worst of all, they constantly locked the room door from the outside, making it feel more like a prison than a hotel. This place is absolutely not suitable for foreigners – avoid it at all costs!

Amazing hotel with great service. Clean rooms. Warm welcome from all staffs. The only kindly suggestion is try to extend the restaurant and give more space. When I enter the reception entrance I can feel how big and gorgeous entrance there is. However the size of the restaurant make me disappointed a lot.

The room was pretty spacious and had a very nice courtyard view from the sixth floor. Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

Great location and friendly staff. Good breakfast and enjoyed all that was offered in the little bakery section. Room is slightly dated, some light switches didn’t work including the master switch, meaning I needed to manually locate and switch everything off. A previous guest certainly had been smoking in the toilet. Air con was good on hot day. Room probably in need of a revamp. Wifi was spotty or just didn’t work, so I gave up on it and switched to data on my phone.

Excellent location in the center of the Old City and about 700 m only from a subway station (wulukou). 40 mn walk to The Bell Tower for example Friendly and helpful staff (speaking English, not that often in China) Large and long indoor swimming pool State-to-the-art equipment in the fitness center Large and confortable bedrooms Not-to-be-missed breakfast

Classic Hilton in the old town, I love 5-star hotels from this era, very classy. Esp loved the garden on the 5th floor. Friendly staff, spacious bathrooms, great eats nearby, I’ll definitely stay here again if I come back to Xian.

There was heat wave during our stay and hotel just shutdown their AC system. Complained with front desk and they were able to turn it on during hottest time of day. They however should keep the AC running overnight since I woke up in the middle of night on the first day due to heat. The room decors aren't the newest but not too shabby. The lighting switches were super confusing! It says it does one thing but sometimes it doesn't work for some reason? The room cleaning ladies were super nice!!! The front desk folks are super helpful! Thanks Selinas for helping me out with ordering of delivery! Stay away from the Spa (independent from hotel) on third floor, you will be spending triple the price compare to locals. I suggest that the hotel should reevaluate their relationship with the spa since they overcharging hotel guests. Overall very pleasant stay and as expected of Hilton brand.
