This hotel is a swindle. Don't go there if you can avoid it. I booked a twin room but they gave me a king-size bed, or a corner room with no windows. They also told me that they couldn't add an extra bed because they didn't have any beds in the hotel. I said I needed twin beds but they couldn't sleep in one bed. In the end, the manager added another one for me during the day and said I could change rooms the next day. I called them early the next morning and they assured me that there was no problem. When I came back at night, I still had a room near the elevator. At 12 o'clock in the evening, there was a strange noise from the pipe in the room, which was very noisy. I couldn't sleep and asked to change rooms. The night duty manager, Ms. Qian, was very rude. She said, "You either squeeze together or three people share one bed. What a joke! The child is 10 years old, how can we squeeze together?" In the end, we slept in two rooms. When I checked out today, they charged me one more night's room without my permission. The front desk said they didn't know. This is a real black shop. I advise everyone not to go there in the future.
