Ayhausen Hotel (Xi'an North Street Anyuanmen Subway Station Branch)

The hotel is located around 12 mins walking distance from Anyannmen station so taking the luggage to the hotel can be a bit inconvenient. It is a few stations from the city center but the metro line 2 is quite easy to take. The room was clean when we checked in. However, we found that daily housekeeping service did not replace the cups in the room (cup handle was loose). The breakfast was good but with few vegetarian items. The staff were helpful and polite. The walls are a bit thin and you can hear sounds from the corridor or adjacent rooms. Otherwise, it is quite well for the price range.

All the girls at the service counter were all super friendly. Place was clean. They go out of their way to help. I was checking in super early and they were able to accommodate. Also had questions regarding the heating and they came up to fix right away. They all helped with tourist destinations questions and even call a Didi / taxi for me. Overall exceptional service.

The beautiful woman at the hotel front desk was very enthusiastic. She poured a glass of tangyuan soup for me as soon as I entered and was very friendly and comfortable. She smiled throughout the entire process, making me feel embarrassed and a little shy. The front desk also placed peppermint candies, which were sweet and delicious. In the afternoon, I couldn't wait to explore the ancient city. The little sister at the front desk introduced me to the tourist route very well. Before leaving, she brought me a bottle of water. It was so thoughtful. The staff were also very polite, clean and tidy, and the service was warm. The location of the hotel was good. I would stay in this hotel again. The room is clean, beds are very comfortable, all the room supplies are of good quality. Front desk staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is tasty. I bought it several times, every time it was enjoyable. Location is convenient, it is very close to subway station, it is close to the city wall (about 7 mins walk), it is also close to railway station (8 mins by taxi). I highly recommend this hotel for staying.
