Arrived at midnight but there was no one at service desk to open the door, went in with the help of other hotel guest who came back from outside, then managed to check in after contacting staff via WeChat. Will advise to inform staff of late arrival to ensure smooth check-in. The apartment is quite old, but cleanliness is fine, and housekeeping service is available daily. The location is outside the tourist spots, however, with close proximity to the metro station and away from crowds. There are eateries and convenience stores near the hotel.

The place smells like cigarettes everywhere and the bathroom had dirty stains from not being properly cleaned. The bed is really hard, walls are thin and even the ceiling is not clean. It’s okay if you are only gonna stay short and only sleep, besides that, not recommended at all. The best thing is the location that is really close to the subway.

The hygiene of the room is really bad. There is hair on the toilet, which is not cleaned at all. There are also some small black particles on the quilt of the bed. I don't know what they are. The TV doesn't work. There is a smell when the air conditioner is on. It is really a bad accommodation experience.

Excellent value for money, extremely cost-effective, especially on New Year's Eve when the price is quite affordable. It has a private bathroom, air conditioning, lockers, TV, and is very close to the subway entrance.

Near the train station, there are restaurants, convenience stores, supermarkets downstairs, the rice with curry shop is very delicious. In the room, there is a hair dryer, a hot water kettle, toiletries, but the bathroom has no door😅
The air conditioner is cool. The hotel has an elevator.
When booking, it is a non-smoking room, but when actually staying, the smell of cigarettes is very strong. I have to deduct points for this.

A very satisfying stay. I really want to give a thumbs up to this hotel. I came to Xi'an alone. The front desk owner introduced several delicious restaurants, such as Pao Mo, Liangpi, Roujiamo, and Youpaomian. Which one is delicious and not disappointing? There is a subway entrance right outside the door, so it is convenient to go anywhere.
