Hotel is nice and clean with washing machine and dryer. They also provide unlimited supply of bottle water. The location is near wa Qing gong. Prefect place to rest before we watch the show at late night

The receptionists were fantastic, very nice people and helpful even though they did not speak English. Location is very good close to the palace. The kitchen/breakfast staff were extremely rude and mocked me openly for not speaking perfect Chinese. Very disheartening and really took away from the otherwise good experience.

I clearly remember putting a pair of Chow Tai Fook pearl earrings on the pole of the dressing mirror the night before. I forgot to put them on the next day, so they couldn't find them, which was a bit disappointing.

First of all, when we checked in, four waiters helped us with the formalities and told us that the elevator was under maintenance and there was no electricity in the room temporarily. We took the subway as soon as we got off the plane at Xianyang Airport, and transferred to four lines. When we entered the hotel, we had to pee urgently and asked if there was a public toilet in the hotel. The answer was: No. Then they asked if you had three urgent needs at work. The answer was: We have our own dormitory in the hotel... Speechless, I had to store my luggage and look for a toilet on the street... Later I went to see the laundry room on the third floor, opposite the public toilet. What kind of service attitude and awareness... They actually caused the elevator to break down due to the power outage, and even the guests were not allowed to use the public toilet! There were also stains on the trash can in the room, mold stains on the box for the toothbrush, and hair on the sofa... The USB port on the side of the bed was also broken, and the room smelled musty. I really doubted when anyone had lived there... I booked a deluxe king-size bed room, which was a terrible experience!
