房間很臟就跟沒有拖過地一樣，衞生間馬桶上不知道是什麼東西黏黏糊糊的很噁心，桌子也黏糊糊的沒有擦過，讓人吃飯都不知道在哪吃，屋子裡的擺件也是臟兮兮的擺在那裡，空調也是壞的，電視也看不了。牆面地板桌子説不上哪裡是乾乾淨淨的。體驗感很不好！

剛好要來準備法考，就選了叔叔這家的酒店，叔叔人真的很好，酒店的大落地窗用來看晚霞真的好好看，考完後叔叔看我們比較累甚至還給我們一瓶水讓我們歇歇，嘮了一會兒嗑，陌生人之間的善意永遠都會讓人感動

衹能説好臟，住下來衹有這個感覺。我們的酒店在4樓，一進4樓就有一股臭襪子味，我們酒店門口就有兩堆垃圾（不做評價），然後進去的時候剛打掃乾淨，結果地縫感覺都是泥和水漬😢，衞生間地上也是這樣，不知道怎麼搞的衞生，雖説我們也不會用酒店的浴巾，但是你疊也不疊，就一坨放在衞生巾也不知道是啥。

這家賓館所在的建築是一個商住兩用的樓，每層有幾十間房，有的房間門口掛着對聯，有的門口是公司的牌子，有的是賓館或者民宿的牌子。這家賓館在攜程上留的地址是其中一間，相當於是賓館的前台。除了這一間以外，賓館的客房分佈在不同樓層，而且我沒有找到分佈規律。賓館在攜程上留的照片有一個看起來像是在一層的大堂，但是在我入住的時候這個大堂已經不在了。建築本身也沒有大堂。所以要入住的話直接電梯上到9樓，找它留的地址953號房，辦理入住即可。辦理以後會通過微信發一個房號和密碼鎖的密碼，然後就能自己去入住了。樓下的免費停車位是路邊停車位，不要錢，但是車位緊張。大樓另有地下停車場，但是要收費，忘了價格了。住宿過程中出了點小插曲。我最開始入住的那個房間的馬桶有點問題，很容易就堵住了。當時已經是凌晨一點多了，我微信聯繫前台，還有人值班。因為沒有空房了，前台值班的人給我送了一個馬桶搋子，我弄了很久，算是暫時解決了問題。但是第二天早上馬桶又堵了。於是第二天我換了房。換房過程很順利，工作人員很配合，服務態度很好，而且換的新房型比原房型要大。但是由於發生了這件事，我決定設施評分還是扣一分比較公平。其他方面，賓館雖然比較偏遠，但離地鐵站比較近，所以很方便。附近也很安靜。樓道里有一種不知道什麼設備的滴滴聲，但是我住的房間與聲源比較遠，所以聽不到。我是與父母一起出遊的。父母認為這個價位能有這個條件，他們很滿意。
