Xiamen Tong'an District Hotels

Our stay was wonderfully comfortable. We enjoyed the seaside promenade, the refreshing sea breeze, and the unbeatable view from the hotel breakfast. A food street was just a short walk away, and even during the May Day holiday, it didn't feel overly crowded. Furthermore, a massive thank you to the duty manager and all the wonderful staff on duty at the hotel's Guest Services Department. They proactively contacted me to inform me that I had left my watch in the room and diligently followed up until it was safely shipped back to me. This level of service was incredibly thoughtful and heartwarming. I will definitely choose Element again for my next trip to Xiamen!

I came to Xiamen Huandong this season, with sunshine and beaches. I like the quietness of Ruihai. The hotel room is spacious and comfortable, and you can see the blue-green sea. The room is cleaned every day, thank you to the cleaning staff; Every waiter I met in the corridor and at the gate will take the initiative to greet me. Although it should be done, not many people can really do it with sincerity. I answered my questions patiently and led the way. The hotel has an exclusive housekeeper Lili, who contacted and added WeChat early to facilitate my consultation; The second day of check-in was my husband's birthday, and the housekeeper Lili arranged to send a birthday cake, which was beautiful and delicious 😋. The restaurant Joy Club also sent birthday noodles at dinner; I went to the gym once, the facilities are very complete, the venue is great, and the atmosphere is good. The boss is super nice and has a good service attitude. The hotel environment is also very good. You can park for free. The hotel has just been renovated. I will come again next time. Thank you to the boss and staff for their service.

Great atmosphere, friendly service. I stayed in this hotel for a short trip. The reception lady was friendly, the bar in the lobby is beautiful and they had some singing performers there on Sunday evening, which felt really special and welcoming. The carpet and walls in the hallways need renovation and an AC in that area would be nice. My room was quite far away from the elevator, which was quite inconvenient. Unfortunately, the adults pool wasn’t “working” when I wanted to use it and the sauna was out of service as well. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay.

I get to know the hotel because of China actress Amy Chen Haoyu so decided to drop by for the same suite that she took at Xihai seaview suite. The overall experience is awesome and amazing, one things that I felt not right is the time I spent here due to rush schedule so didn’t experience the facilities here this round. Will mark this in my next trip with my family to be here at least 2 night. As my mandarin is not fluent, so I’m glad to met the receptionist Hanry as he can speak English and his service is excellent where he helped me to book for the airport transfer drop off, finding the apple charge adapter for me. I like the fact that I can witness the sunrise during my stay.

At the begging it says garden bedroom, so I thought the bedroom it’s at 1 floor and has garden. The title it’s a bit confusing. Anyway the service was very good, even they couldn’t speak English, very kind all the time.

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn Xiamen Tongan, and the overall experience was far beyond my expectations! The hotel is located in Tongan District, a 10-minute walk from the subway station and popular business district. It is also convenient to take a taxi to the scenic spots. There are restaurants and convenience stores around, and the location is impeccable. The front desk lady is enthusiastic and professional. After checking in quickly, she took the initiative to help upgrade the room type! The room service responded quickly. When I needed an extra pillow, it was delivered to the room in 5 minutes. The details were perfect. The room is spacious and bright, with a modern and simple decoration style. The mattress and pillow are super comfortable, and I slept until dawn! The sound insulation effect is very good, and I can't hear the corridor sound at all. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the toiletries are well-known brands, which are very safe to use. The breakfast variety is super rich, with freshly ground coffee, freshly cooked noodles, and fresh fruits. I especially recommend their local specialty snacks! With such service and environment, the price is very reasonable, which is definitely a cost-effective choice in XX City! Whether it is a business trip or a travel vacation, this place can meet the needs. I will definitely stay here next time!

The hotel was excellent, and we had a very comfortable stay. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back next time.

In general: hotel accommodation (Yihai Town Back Garden Room), swimming pool, gym, restaurant food, disposable toothbrush (soft hair), disposable slippers (non-slip design on the bottom, soft and comfortable shoes), concierge car service, distance to go out to sea to catch crabs, etc., impeccable😁 Brother He at the entrance of the lobby of Xihai Hotel, thin and tall, is really super enthusiastic~ Help with luggage, open the car door, contact the concierge car, don’t talk much, but really easy-going, give him a thumbs up for the youth! Master Zhang of the concierge car is also very polite❤️ The hotel’s gym is on the second floor below Xihai, and the sisters at the front desk are super enthusiastic🤩I think this must not be a coincidence, it must be a good daily habit❤️When you come to Xiamen, you must recommend this hotel.

The private pool in the room was filthy, full of dead branches and leaves. We checked in around 1:30 PM, paid the deposit, and were told the earliest a room would be available was in an hour. They said they would call me once the room was ready. After I finished lunch, I still hadn't received a call. As I was about to ask for an update, another guest arrived to check in, so I waited my turn. They had just signed the papers and paid the deposit, and instantly, a pool room was available for them. So I asked, ”I also booked a pool room, is there one available now? Why did she get her room before me?” The front desk agent replied that she had been waiting longer. I then countered, ”But she just signed the papers and paid the deposit!” She then claimed she had called ahead. I was utterly exasperated. Was I being taken for a fool? I flat-out told them, ”If I don't get a room, you're getting a negative review!” The front desk instantly 'found' a room, and surprisingly, one was available. They also offered me some fruit as an apology. See how simple that was? I highly recommend the Indigo Hotel on Zhongshan Road; their service is truly outstanding. All their staff are incredibly service-oriented, making you feel right at home. Marriott really needs to take a page out of their book when it comes to customer service!
