Xiamen Jimei District Hotels

For our trip to Xiamen, we chose the TUI Blue Seafront Hot Spring Hotel, and the service from the front office really set a warm and welcoming tone for our journey right from the start! It was raining when we arrived, and a bellman thoughtfully opened the car door, helped with our luggage, and escorted us all the way to the front desk. During check-in, the front desk staff member was incredibly efficient. Upon realizing we had a child with us, they proactively informed the housekeeping team to send up children's amenities. When we checked out, the concierge even assisted us in arranging a hotel car to take us to the North Station. The entire experience felt exceptionally considerate and thorough. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit!

The very attentive manager recognized us from a previous visit a few years ago. We were assigned a nicely upgraded room. Beautiful view of the sea. Beautiful sunrises. Extensive breakfast with a very varied choice and good quality. Sufficient choice for dinner.

The service good, friendly ,especially receptionist that guided us clearly during our check in. Room is big , comfortable and good scenery view.

The stay experience exceeded expectations! The environment is clean and comfortable, the service is intimate and thoughtful, and the details reflect the intentions everywhere. Whether it is hardware facilities or humanistic care, it makes people feel warm. The front desk lady is warm and professional, the check-in process is fast and efficient, and it is intimate! Room service responded promptly, the needs raised could be solved quickly, and I really felt at home. The bathroom was designed with reasonable dry and wet separation, the quality of toiletries was online, and even the hair dryer was a big name! The soundproofing effect of the room is very good, the view outside the window is also great, completely worthy of this price!

My stay at the hotel was memorable and super addictive. Besides the location and friendly behavior of the staff, I think the Management are very knowledgeable about Hospitality. A gift of fresh fruits on arrival? Damnnn, I'm going back there 😍😍😍

Stay at the Kyriad Hotel Xiamen. The room is equipped with Xiaodu smart system, which can be called directly: Xiaodu Xiaodu turns on/off the air conditioner, lights, TV, curtains, etc.; the smart system is well done. The parking lot is free to use during the stay. Please scan the free parking code at the front desk when leaving.

A hotel that is past its prime, but ultimately an ok choice if you haven't got much more in terms of options. Comfy bed, clean, toiletries are fine. But the overall look is very dated and could use a full top to bottom renovation. All functional, but with a bit of work could be more ideal. Breakfast was ok, but should have more western options for a buffet of this size.

The location is perfect if you are visiting Jimei University. It is just beside the gate. In front of the hotel is Wanda Mall. The hotel serves good breakfast. They change the menu of the main dishes everyday. There are about 4 vegetables and one meat that changes every day. They also serve good noodles. The hotel has a laundry room. You can wash your clothes for free. The food in the mini bar are all free. They provide drip coffee and leaf tea in the room. The staff are helpful. My aircon won't cool and they went to my room immediately at 3am to change the settings. I highly recommend this hotel.

Jason at Guest Services was excellent. Late at night, I forgot my room card. After a long, tiring day, I really didn't want to make another trip down. I messaged Jason, and the front desk staff arrived to help within minutes. The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was soft, and all facilities were excellent. The breakfast spread was varied and delicious. The location is very convenient, close to Xingjin Road Metro Station and Software Park Phase III. The friendly and attentive service from the front desk was definitely the biggest highlight. I will absolutely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Xiamen!

Hotel location was very nice. In front of big lake. But, at night, there were no convenient store near the hotel. So couldn't buy anything at night. But in the day time, i think it is very nice hotel to be there 1 day and night.
