Staff extremely friendly, go all the way to help on we chat, help me book Didi when my Didi app canot work. Help u carry luggage as hotel lobby is on 7th floor of office building, rooms are from 8th floor. There is one lady Chen Su Mei, ( if I got the spelling right) helpful to explain places how to get there. The 2 male staffs there also extremely helpful in explaining how to get to places. Would recommend to friends n travellers to Xiamen. Convenient location, next to main tourist Street and opposite ferry to Gulanyu island.

This is the first time to write a review on Ctrip! Because I am so satisfied with everything about this hotel! Warm and considerate service + hotel location very close to Sanqiutian Wharf + clean and tidy hotel environment + mysterious retro Belgian-style decoration... In short, I will choose this hotel to stay next time I come! ! You must know that this hotel used to be the former Belgian embassy! The style is very unique, and the bed is comfortable to sleep on! Disposable slippers and washing are complete! The most important thing to get out of the hotel is Jay Chou and the corner, the place where Internet celebrities take pictures! So this time was the perfect stay experience. There are not many good places for a picky person like me 😄

The location is good. It is near Zhongshan street, a local market and it has a really good view of Gulangyu. The non-smoking floor had no trace of cigarette scent. The staff were helpful with the luggage and promptly resolved an issue with the room. I did request that they helped me with a restaurant reservation but failed to update me on the outcome. Overall, service was good.

I had a pleasant stay at Xiamen Yong Li Da Garden Hotel. The location is very convenient — surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops. It made getting around the city easy and stress-free. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. A great choice for both business and leisure travelers. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel's vicinity also boasts a plethora of dining and shopping options, making it easy to grab something or enjoy a late-night snack. **Thoughtful & Meticulous Service, Felt Right at Home:** From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I could sense the professionalism and warmth of the service. After two weeks of exhaustive research, I finally went with my gut feeling and booked this hotel – and what a delightful surprise it turned out to be! It truly exceeded both my child's and my expectations! **Environment & Facilities:** The ambiance is genuinely fantastic. It's a fully smart-equipped hotel, with a chic, minimalist design – truly living up to its 'designer hotel' name! Impeccable cleanliness is a given and perfectly executed. Safety was also a major plus; the access door to the rooms is secured at night, requiring a room card for entry. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, which my child absolutely adored! **Service & Details:** The service was incredibly thoughtful and warm! I had mentioned over the phone beforehand that I'm sensitive to odors (though there wasn't any actual odor in the room), and the staff proactively provided a Xiaomi air purifier – such a considerate gesture! We hadn't booked breakfast, but when my child wanted to try it the next day, the hotel generously offered a complimentary breakfast for them. This heartwarming gesture truly touched us! The unlimited complimentary bottled water was a big win for me. And the free summer drinks in the lobby (iced lemon tea, iced lemonade, honeysuckle, and chrysanthemum tea) were absolute lifesavers! Coming back from the scorching heat and having a refreshing drink instantly re-energized us. **Location:** Absolutely superb! Zhongshan Road is literally downstairs, yet our room was surprisingly quiet – truly a tranquil haven amidst the hustle and bustle. It's super close to walk to Ba Shi Market, Zhonghua City shopping mall, and the ferry terminal. Zhongshan Road itself offers endless opportunities for strolling and indulging in local treats! Taxis are readily available and can drop you right at the hotel entrance, which made traveling with a child incredibly convenient and stress-free. **Summary:** From the environment and services to the unbeatable location, every single aspect was impressive. Our decision to book this hotel was absolutely spot-on! I highly recommend it to families with children or any traveler seeking a quality stay. Next time we're in Xiamen, we'll definitely be returning here! And to top it all off, they even gave us two lovely souvenir gifts upon departure.

Very comfortable. Location was great. Easy access to everywhere. Guest service super helpful. As i am solo traveller, I enquired a lot of things. Special mention to Li Xia(李霞) . The location is absolutely superb, right on the famous Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street. You'll find everything you need for dining, entertainment, and shopping 24/7. They even have a laundry room, which is a great bonus. The hotel itself is clean, and the rooms are well soundproofed. Just a heads-up, though, some rooms don't have windows. You can also book one-day tours to local attractions right downstairs. The pricing is quite reasonable, offering good value. If you need a taxi, you'll have to go down to the ground floor, as cars aren't allowed on Zhongshan Road itself. Highly recommend!

For this Xiamen trip, after a two-night stay at Indigo Xiamen Harbour, I moved to Hilton Xiamen Panji for another two nights. While my experience at the previous hotel was quite a letdown, this one was a delightful surprise. The hotel's location is exceptionally strategic. Its lobby offers direct access to its own commercial complex, Panji Center, as well as Lanhualu Station on Metro Line 1. Panji Center itself boasts an excellent selection of dining options, and popular destinations like The MixC and SM Plaza are just two metro stops away. Zhongshan Road Walking Street and the Botanical Garden are also easily accessible, just a 30-minute metro ride from the hotel. The breakfast selection is extensive, and both the amenities and cleanliness are perfectly decent. The prime location and excellent surrounding facilities alone make it well worth the room rate.
