The room is small, the facilities are old, the service is slow, and the exterior is messy... As a ”fan” of Bai Xiang, this is the worst fake Bai Xiang I've ever stayed in 😅😅😅😅!! There is no indoor swimming pool, and the outdoor swimming pool will not open until the afternoon. I had to call three or four times in a row to order a bath towel. The breakfast has few categories and the style is average. The shacha noodles are served with vegetables 😡😡😡😡!! It subverted my perception of Bai Xiang.

The service staff are very considerate. From the check-in counter to the airport drop-off staff, Mr. Zhou pays close attention to the needs of the guests. The hotel is very close to the airport, about 10 minutes away. It is located in a startup park. It happened to be a holiday when I checked in, so the surrounding area was not too busy. If I wanted to buy some small things, I had to walk for a while, and I still needed to take a taxi for takeout. The mattress is good, the bedding is soft and thick, and the amenities are quite complete. For me who is used to sleeping on a soft bed, it is very comfortable. The hair dryer is light and easy to hold, the air outlet is very clean, and the sound insulation is very good. For breakfast, it has everything you need considering the local taste, including bread and salad, etc. It is average. Overall, you can see the dedication in business operations.

Excellent service from the moment we stepped in to the second we left for the airport. Been to several W, W Xiamen certainly did not disappoint. Will definitely be back.

I stayed at Somerset Serviced Apartments in Shenyang and was pleasantly surprised, but this one in Xiamen has some shortcomings: poor TV reception. The room is not clean enough, and many door panels are dirty even after I wiped them again. Other than that, there are no major problems, and it is cost-effective. Opposite is Powerlong First City, which is convenient for shopping, dining and public transportation. It is very easy to call a taxi at the door of the hotel

From the moment I stepped out of the car, Richard enthusiastically took my luggage and meticulously guided me through the hotel's layout. He vividly described the ingenious blend of Minnan (Southern Fujian) charm and modern design, essentially turning the luggage service into an artistic tour 🎨. During check-in, Lydia truly anticipated my needs. She not only expedited the check-in process but also thoughtfully arranged for a late check-out. She even remembered my preferred fruit and ensured it was part of the welcome amenity 🍒. Dining on the 33rd floor, Lydia had proactively reserved a prime table with a stunning view. Her recommendations for both breakfast and afternoon tea were absolutely delightful. While the hotel already impresses with its new facilities and excellent location, Richard and Lydia's genuine warmth, treating guests like family, truly elevated the entire experience to perfection! Such invaluable employees deserve widespread recognition. I will absolutely choose this hotel again for my next visit!

We had a wonderful stay at the Langham Xiamen. Our rooms were very clean and well equipped, staff were warm and hospitable, and we especially loved the extensive choice of pillows! Pearl Cheng from the reception left quite an impression with how warm, friendly and helpful she was. Very grateful for all the help she extended and her attentiveness to all our questions about the city.

I booked this hotel for a concert, and the price was about 20% higher than a normal weekend. I made the reservation two months in advance. After a long and sweaty journey, I arrived at 2:40 PM, only to find there were no rooms available for check-in! Standard check-in is after 12 PM, but they said housekeeping wasn't done and I wouldn't be able to check in until after 5 PM. Then I asked about check-out, and they said it was still 12 PM the next day – what a rip-off! They essentially 'swallowed' 5 hours of my stay, like I was paying for an hourly room. After repeatedly asking, they finally gave me a room key. I went up and saw there was only one cleaning lady working on an entire floor. She was so slow, taking about half an hour per room. I had to ask multiple times again before she cleaned my room, which also took over half an hour. It felt like they were desperate to make money but unwilling to hire enough staff. **Room Type & Facilities Issues:** The shower door was broken, with a bumper strip taped next to it. **Concierge:** The only good service was the shuttle bus for the concert. Other requests, like collecting food deliveries or replenishing forgotten items in the room, were not handled promptly. Later, they quickly offered complimentary fruit as an apology, which was a decent recovery. **Concert Makeup Service:** There was a severe shortage of staff, leading to long queues. Also, the makeup artist wasn't wearing a mask, and their bad breath almost knocked me out! It was so disgusting; I've never seen a makeup artist work without a mask before. Very unprofessional.

Hotel with typical amenities according the Hampton/ Hilton brand: spotless clean and well organized. Location near Wanda Plaza, not too far from old airport and near to Wuyuan park, convenient for business and a leisure stroll after work in nearby Wuyuan wetland park. My best experience: I forgot a garment in room, I didn’t notice during the busy day -housekeeping called me after I checked out and I could pick it up after our business meeting - really didn’t expect such nice service - highly appreciated - thank you so much !!!

The room environment is very good. The room was tight during the Qingming Festival. I was mentally prepared for the price of 200. I didn't expect that the front desk lady would greet me warmly when I came in. The security uncle even opened the elevator door for me. Every little detail was very warm. It was very cost-effective. The surroundings were also very quiet. Yes, it was very comfortable. Occasionally at 5 or 6 in the afternoon, there were sounds of children playing outside. It felt very lively. It was the best choice for travel.
