I stayed in Bengbu. The check-in staff kept trying to sell me memberships from beginning to end. When I asked about late check-out, they said you are not a senior member and you can’t delay. Then I asked what time I would check out. I was told again that senior members should check out at six o'clock, OK, OK, OK, I won't ask, it would be in vain if I asked. The cleanliness of the room this time is not to be praised. The fan cover on the bathroom vent fell off, the yellow dirt on the floor of the shower room was suffocating, and no one cleaned the white rust on the glass. The floor-to-ceiling window lock in the room was broken and could not be closed at all. There was a cold wind blowing all night. It was so cold that I shivered in the sun. I finally fell asleep. The noise from the sink in other rooms woke me up again. I really Thank you. I even suspect that I was given such a crappy room because I didn’t have a membership. Isn’t this too in line with your price? There are one or two hundred Hanting hotels that are more attentive, cleaner, and have better service attitudes than you. Breakfast was not as good as before. From now on, I will stay at IHG Holiday or Huazhu. Although the facilities are not good, at least I will not be exposed to the cold, there will be no hygiene problems, and I will not be given too much noodles. The hygiene needs to be improved, the room decoration work is a bit sloppy, the caulking agent was not applied properly in many places, and there is still some dust and long hair left by others on the floor. I will definitely choose Atour next time, the bed is so comfortable.
