衞生真的非常差，床單被套都沒換，一股煙味，地板也沒掃，煙頭都在地板上，毛巾是濕的，發黃發臭，連基本的飲用水都不給配，真的非常噁心，從來沒在住過這種酒店

優點：酒店前就是碼頭，背後是市場，房間隔音效果好，關上窗不吵，位置比較方便，喜歡窗前的景色！
缺點：房間內衞生很一般，地板和傢俱有點舊

衞生比較差，床單上有遺留的頭髮，還有一些什麼污漬，鞋印，廁所的大蟲子看不到，但是小蟑螂啊，小蟲子真的多，刷牙的杯子不敢用，杯子內的底是可以劃字的那種，地板也是黑黑的，哎，難受，但是又不能退，忍着住一晚，沒有瓶裝水，外面的風景就是真實的

房間條件比旁邊的琪海賓館要好些，裝修和傢俱都更新，就是衞生條件堪憂，床品一副洗不乾淨的顏色，滿床的褶子和頭髮茬不得不懷疑是不是換過，衞生間打掃得也非常粗放，鏡面上亂七八糟的痕跡、落滿塵土的吹風機，本來硬件還可以，但軟件沒跟上。
