Very close to the West Street and easy to find restaurants and shops. Very lively at night. Only downside is that the room is right next to the street so it is very noisy with traffic and how lively it is. The staff is very friendly and breakfast served is a typical rice noodle soup dish of the region.

The front desk staff were very nice and helpful, giving me directions for bike rental etc. The room cleaning daily was very good and thorough. The rooms are also pretty quiet despite being near west street (5min walk). They have cheap ebike rentals as well.

The hotel location is near to Xijie Pedestrian Street (西街步行街) for a short distance walk. The room is clean and just right for solo or couple travelers. The corridor is well decorated. A decent breakfast buffet spread.

The hotel is clean and has the basic services. The location is very good, is 4 minutes away from west street. I have mixed feelings concerning the service because there was one girl that helped me with the check in, she was very patient and the two times I asked here about transportation and where to go, she was very helpful. Also the lady that is in charge of the breakfast was very kind. On the other hand, there was another girl, I also asked her about transportation and she told me she didn’t know. The overall experience was good.

A bit noisy but you’re in the city center so it’s noisy everywhere until midnight

The hotel is well located – close to the most touristic area but also to other more authentic parts of the town. The front desk lady in the mornings was so nice and helpful – she helped us rent bikes and advised us on where to go to make the most of our biking day. The lady in charge of the breakfast was very kind as well. As far as we experienced, rooms are only cleaned if one explicitly asks for it. We extended our stay for 2 nights and they kindly kept the same room for us and made the process smooth. Overall recommended!

Very good hotel for this price range with excellent furnishings. Bathroom is great; plenty of space, with shower enclosure separated by sliding glass and non- slip material underfoot. Good quality towels and floor mat. King bed is super comfortable. Room has good view, solid table and two chairs, bedside light controls and power points. Air conditioning is effective. Rooms on 6th levels arre accessible by elevator.

Enjoyed our stay, nice room and nice location. Staff were very nice however in our 3 nights stay house keeping did not service the room even once. At the very least they should be coming in to empty bins and service the bathroom. Bed was very hard and not comfortable but not a major problem for us. Can still recommend but these are small improvement points
