The room service was quite poor. We check-in and no towels were present in the room. We called room service to request for towels and we didn’t get them after 2 hours of our request. Even after waiting for the 2 hours, only 2 shower towels were provided and nothing more. Amenities were good overall.

If you are visiting Fiji, it is not recommended to book this hotel. The location is too remote. Most of the tours depart from Nadi Dana Road Port. You will have a hard time!
