Straight from arrival to departure, experience is excellent. A nice place to relax, hotel is built is superb location. We as family decided to spend our vacation here for second time, after considering other places. Staff are so courteous and cooperative. One more important factor is food quality. Whatever food item I tasted here, quality is unmatched. Strong recommend for a memorable experience

4/5 experience . Good ambience , lovely views , good parking and good service . Ala cart food is good , Buffet is average in taste . Lot of recreations activities available for kids in the hotel that can keep you entertained . Overall I would rate our stay very pleasant

Great place for relaxation.. had a great time over there.. we went there with family my kid enjoyed very well. Restaurant also served good food..

We stayed in Rooms 402 and 403 and stayed with our pets, two beagles, Scout and Jo… Both the rooms had fantastic view of the valley Bath tub at 403 was one of the largest we have seen… They provided separate beds for pets… The pet package is quite expensive at Rs 28,000 per night but the huge balcony @ #403 kind of co****sated for the price. Excellent staff… Five star for the food Best buffet spread in terms of tasty food The only negative was the Spa experience

Excellent. The service was amazing. All the staffs r so courteous, fast and efficient. Activities.were good too Cleanliness also excellent. Food was good too. Moreover their panoramic rooms with glass flooring and bathroom with glass flooring was an experience by itself.

Excellent ambience and service was top-notch.All good and will definitely recommend.The rooms were well maintained and hygiene.The rooms we stayed were close to pool and was merging with nature in all aspects . The food was also excellent.

Very good resort.superb hospitality.staffs are very much caring.overall it was a fantastic stay.rooms are very spacious , neat and clean.night and morning buffet was mouth watering.variety was huge.They are caring for drivers stay also , that is impressive.

Staff were nice. Well maintained rooms and facilities. Great breakfast buffer. Restaurant was expensive but super quick response (it was not a busy week though). I find this minimum size of 200 character limit for a limit absurd. Yes there you go.
