While staying here, you can use the various outdoor hot spring facilities. It's a shame the weather suddenly turned too cold, so we didn't get to use the children's facilities in the swimming pool. Even though it's a heated kids' pool, it's outdoors, so it was still quite chilly. However, there are plenty of other hot spring pools, as well as steam rooms and saunas, so you can soak from morning till night 😬. The best part was that breakfast is served until 1 PM. You can enjoy it after a morning soak in the hot springs, or sleep in a bit longer and then head down. The latest you can enjoy it is 1 PM, and then you can head off to explore other places after eating! 😍 The kids had a blast!

Overall, it was a good stay and I'd definitely stay there again. The lobby was grand, the family rooms were spacious, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the beds were just the right firmness for a good night's sleep! Cons: The elevator was incredibly difficult to wait for when checking out. All three elevators were packed, and the wait was long. The emergency exit only goes to B1, so if you park your car in B2, you still have to find a way to get to B2 by hopping on an elevator from another floor! My kids loved it. There's a pool with hot springs, a ball pool, a PS5, a racing track for little Bubu cars, and a variety of other children's play facilities! It's definitely on my bucket list for future trips with kids!

It’s my first time to stay at Kawayu Spring Flagship Hotel. It’s really great. In addition to the free shuttle bus to the transfer station, adults can enjoy the spa to their heart’s content, and children who drive racing cars don’t want to leave at all. The highlight is the breakfast (noon) the next day There is no limit on meal times and you can eat until 13:00! We only stayed for one night and everyone was reluctant to leave. We will definitely visit this hotel again!

The only drawback is that the house prices are too high. My body felt very comfortable after soaking in the hot spring. The room was very clean but I hope families don't stay in side rooms in the future.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, just five minutes' walk from the train station. The room is well organized, the facilities are great, the hot springs are available, and the playroom is open in the evening. The children had a lot of fun. The breakfast is also rich and has quite a lot of choices. Families who get up late can check out first and then eat slowly until 13:00.

The general condition of the facilities is very good, except that 2 of the 3 dewatering machines in the girls' washing room are not working, which may cause trouble.

It was my second time to stay, and I didn’t expect the impression to be worse: 1. When checking in, the man at the counter didn’t have a smile after I gave my ID. He had to look at my mobile phone to confirm the order. He also asked me which website I ordered from. I said I gave my name and ID and still can’t check it? I gave the order and asked a few people to check in. Isn’t this what the hotel’s order file should have included? It feels bad! 2. After entering the room, I found that it was a room with a city view (different from the photos on the booking website). I went downstairs and asked at the counter. The counter staff replied that this was a problem with the booking website. If you have any questions, you can contact us yourself! I said that guests only need to book a room and pay, and they are your guests after entering the hotel. Doesn't this embarrass guests and is not consistent with the common sense of the service industry? The counter staff responded coldly and repeated the same words. I said this would lead to customer complaints and negative reviews. The counter staff responded even more coldly and said, this is your right! 3. I really can’t imagine that such front-line employees can be trained in the extremely competitive environment of the service industry. This time we stayed in a family quadruple room on the 9th floor, which had a wide view and was comfortable. The scenery during the day and at night is so beautiful🥰. For dinner, we ate at "Xiangxiang" on the second floor. 85% of the food was satisfactory; the fried food was dry and hard, and the shrimp, crab and sashimi were relatively fresh. Because our whole family does not drink, otherwise white wine, red wine and beer were provided on site, and everyone at the other tables drank happily. I felt really satisfied with this dinner. Even though it’s summer, the kids are still extremely happy when they go to the bath and play in the water.

Great hot spring hotel with various hot spring pools. There are many lifeguards on site. It is safe to bring children there. The restaurant has good intentions for breakfast and dinner. I will buy again if I have the opportunity.
