Staying at The Kahala Yokohama truly redefines what an immersive vacation feels like 🌺. The moment I stepped in, I was enveloped by a vibrant Hawaiian atmosphere, and a cheerful 'Aloha' from the staff instantly melted away my travel fatigue. The guest rooms, starting from a surprisingly spacious 47㎡, were a delight. They perfectly blend Japanese refinement with Hawaiian laid-back charm. The custom bedding was incredibly soft, and the standalone bathtub with a harbor-view window was a highlight – soaking in the tub while watching the Ferris wheel turn in the port created an absolutely enchanting ambiance. The toiletries were top-notch, exuding luxury in every detail. The 14th-floor rooftop Sky Bar became my favorite spot. It offers unparalleled night views of Yokohama Port, and enjoying a drink while feeling the evening breeze was so romantic I didn't want to leave. From the fresh sushi at the Japanese restaurant to the exquisite dishes on the Italian terrace, my taste buds embarked on a global culinary journey. The spa uses authentic Hawaiian essential oils, leaving me feeling completely rejuvenated after a massage. The indoor heated pool and high-end fitness equipment were comprehensive, and the 24-hour concierge service was incredibly thoughtful. They even arranged a lovely surprise for my birthday, providing a full sense of undisturbed luxury throughout my stay. The hotel's location is perfect – within walking distance to Yamashita Park and the Red Brick Warehouse, and super close to the station. This trip to Yokohama was truly captivated by the beauty of The Kahala!

Room 5 & 7 were extremely poorly cleaned. I've stayed in ten hotels during this trip to Japan, and this is the first time I've seen items left behind by previous guests in a room. An empty mineral water bottle was placed on top of the minibar, which was inexplicable and startling. Also, the back of the bathroom door was covered in dust; the cleaning and inspection were negligent. The Japanese restaurant on the third floor of the hotel, however, was excellent.

The staff's hospitality was excellent. Since it was our anniversary, they took photos for us, and we were even upgraded, so we had a relaxing time in a lovely room. ♪ The view from the room, the turndown service, the TWG tea, and the bath amenities were all great. However, when I woke up in the morning, I was itchy and had signs of a tick bite, so the cleanliness was a minus point. The TV was full of Japanese programs, so I wish they would introduce something like Netflix or Amazon Prime so I could relax and enjoy movies during my hotel stay. I was able to listen to music via Bluetooth, but it seemed a bit behind the times. The breakfast, which I was looking forward to, had a limited variety and was average in taste. I had high expectations because I knew the regular price in advance, but it was quite disappointing. The restaurant staff's service was cheerful and gave me a Hawaiian feel. I also had the Kahala Hotel's popular Shin Pancakes, which were delicious. The Eggs Benedict, a signature Hawaiian dish, was *perhaps overcooked*, but the yellow color solidified and wasn't thick enough, and the sauce wasn't very tasty. Overall, I felt that it was a 5-star hotel except for the customer service, with everything else at a 4-star level. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

This hotel boasts a prime location, a very generous breakfast, and excellent surrounding amenities. I always stay here for business trips and highly recommend it to business travelers. This isn't my first time staying here. I was too busy on this business trip to take any photos…

I stayed here for my birthday and received very attentive hospitality. It was a memorable stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a hotel in the Minato Mirai area.

The doorman was very friendly and even knew how to fold a stroller, which was impressive. Check-in was smooth and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was delicious, but I felt there was a limited selection. They also washed our baby bottles and provided other helpful service, which was very much appreciated.

I used this for my partner's birthday. They accommodated the timing of the cake and other requests, and it became a wonderful memory.

The hotel is close to the station, the interior was lovely and smelled nice, the rooms were spacious and had cute designs everywhere, it was great. The service from the staff was also first class. This time my stay was short due to my schedule, but I would like to come back and stay for a longer stay. Thank you.

The facilities are new and high-end, the bed is very large, my family is enough to sleep comfortably😌, but the breakfast is average, not too much food, sent to the room to eat with their own to the restaurant to eat the same food, swimming pool to charge, a little disappointed😞.
