The air conditioning system is not working!!! There is a air conditioner, but it was super noisy!!! If you open the windows, mosquito flies around!!! And there is an extra charge of EURO 20 if you want to store your luggage after check out!!! Even worse than a hostel!!

The location of this hotel is in prime area. Unfortunately we have got a bad experience at this hotel. Meanwhile we are in the room suddenly somebody( employee) opened the door and tried to get in without knocking. And also when we came back to the room my brand new shirt which was hanging in the wardrobe was dissapered. We claimed at the reception about it but they just behaved as we were disturbing them..... We didn't stay just one night there so those things ruined our holidays....

The apartment is located in Santa Cruz which is walkable to major sites, no need for other transportations. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The check-in and check-out process is easy. The only con I could say is that it is quite noisy at night and in the morning but overall, I enjoyed my stay.

This was an amazing little apartment in a perfect area of Sevilla. The staff were super helpful and friendly. Everything we needed and wanted. The air con worked perfectly btw.

Awful, advertised air conditioning in ground floor accommodation along with double bed Air conditioning consisted of a ceiling fan & inadequate vertical standing unit. In 40+ degrees heat!! No double bed, only single, noise atrocious as next to the lobby that has a heavy metal clanging door used by guests on upper floors. It was so bad I was forced into alternative accommodation

The apartment is spacious. The location is excellent as it is right in the old town. It was quite a experience to stay in an old building in a narrow street. The downside of staying in the bottom floor apartment is you hear noises from upstairs all the time such as walking, pulling a chair and dropping things on the floor etc. I also like to point out that the shower did not work very well. Hope it will be fixed for future visitors

The hotel was a little hard to find but it's situated at the heart of Seville's prime locations, which made it very easy to get to places like the Cathedral and the Alcazar. The room was comfortable and luxurious for the price paid and I would recommend this to others!

This is very good hotel

The price/performance ratio is average, the location is good, and it is very convenient to go anywhere. But other than that, everything else feels pretty ordinary. When I checked in, the front desk asked me to provide my bank card number including the three digits on the back. I asked her why I needed a bank card since I had already paid for the room, and she coldly said it was the rule. After that, I was very worried that my card would be stolen. The room was neither good nor bad. We were arranged on the first floor, with the street next to the window. There were pedestrians from time to time. The whole room could be seen through the window, so we did not dare to open the window. The room was very dark. The facilities in the house are pretty good. Although old, they are relatively complete. Overall, it is not dirty but not very quiet. Bref is suitable for those who have low requirements and like convenient transportation.

Ideal location. Practical and pleasantly arranged studio. Bedding needs to be changed as it is uncomfortable.

Beautiful and cozy apartment. The location is incredibly good, the only drawback is the lack of cleanliness in the bathtub area and that there was no air conditioning, only a “penguin”. For the rest we are super happy, we would repeat 100%!

I really liked the site, the location and the apartment. We have been very comfortable. If we return we would repeat without hesitation.
