The location is convenient. There are elevators at Exit 3 and Exit 5 of Bashamichi subway station. The hotel thoughtfully prepared toiletries and slippers for children. There are two Lawsons near the hotel, as well as a very good supermarket. I will stay here again next time.

It's overall a great place to stay. I like the fact that we are able to take/request for the amenities (eg coffee, towel) to our liking. The only issue is that the space is a bit constrained (for the area to walk in the room). They also provided free breakfast which was decent, however will be great to have more options. Location is great with various malls and subway station nearby.

There is a place nearby and stay in Totsuka. The city is a bed town near Tokyo. I think it is a good place to inbound to know daily life. The building and facilities felt old, but they were renovated and did not become uncomfortable. The room chooses a single Japanese modern. Flooring of trees instead of tatami mats. I think I'm putting a board on the buffer material, but it's hard floor. Because it was the top floor, the view was good and comfortable. Breakfast was a small bowl (cup?) buffet, but I was impressed by the attitude of trying to enjoy the buffet. I would like to stay again if I have a chance.

The hotel is close to Yokohama Station. The only inconvenience is that you have to transfer to the elevator. The hotel lobby is on the 4th floor. There is a coffee shop. The bread and coffee are delicious. You can eat it before going out every day. The room has large space, new and clean decoration, wet and dry toilets and baths are separated, and the design is very good. Very comfortable.

There is nothing to say about the cleanliness of the rooms or the convenience of the surrounding environment. It is very disappointing that I felt the quality of the employees working there were poorly trained, which is not appropriate for a hotel in this kind of price range. The front desk and baggage desk personnel were so unprofessional that I felt it would be better if they were mechanized.

Our conference was next to the hotel so the access was perfect. It is also located near many shopping malls, shops, restaurants, etc. so it is convenient. In addition, it is also near to a subway station so going into Tokyo or other destinations is easy. The hotel itself is nice, clean, with good facilities. An excellent stay!

Excellent hotel, Great helpful staff. The only thing negative I can say , the room was very small, I'm sure they have bigger rooms, maybe I did not notice the room size when I booked. Breakfast was excellent, even though we were late after 9 AM which we did not realize that in Japan most of the places breakfast ends at 9AM, not like in USA 10AM The location is the best, right next to the River and walking distance to the Gondola the Ferris wheel. The view from the breakfast room is awesome, over looking all the gorgeous beauty. Enjoy Yokohama. I loved this City.

At the top of a downtown tower is the Oakwood Suites Yokohama. Upon arrival; after parking in the hotel's underground car park, we arrived at the reception with a breathtaking view of the city of Yokohama and Mount Fuji in the distance. Our rooms were fantastic and beautifully decorated. They were very large with a large, very well-equipped kitchen, a magnificent bathroom, a washing machine and a breathtaking view of the harbour. The cleanliness of the room and the hotel was exemplary. We had a very pleasant stay and all the hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly.

The lobby is at 20f with a very nice view showing the whole harbour. Front desk is very kind and helpful. You can get all the things you need at the self service area. Parking is not free but still acceptable and convenient. Remember to give the parking ticket to them to get a parking discount.
