Absolutely loved it! The 4.8 rating is well-deserved; this is hands down the best capsule hotel I've ever stayed in. The bunk beds are designed to create individual private rooms facing opposite directions, each with a safe, offering excellent privacy and security. Don't miss the massage chairs in the common area on your floor. Downstairs, there's a hot spring bath ♨️, and if you arrive late, you can book a private bath at the front desk – it's incredibly refreshing to enjoy it alone! After your soak, there's even ice cream available, which is fantastic! In the mornings, they offer free breakfast, and in the evenings, complimentary instant noodles. The location is superb, right in Chinatown, across from the Kuan-ti Temple, with countless delicious food options nearby. The front desk service is impeccable; all the staff are super nice. I'd love to come back and stay again. Highly recommended!

Guest UserThe hotel's location is very convenient. The breakfast selection was limited, but there's a mall right next door which is super handy. There's also a convenience store on the first floor. You can easily walk to the Red Brick Warehouse and the CupNoodles Museum from here. The staff were really friendly too. Definitely recommend!

The building is grand, bedroom is spacious, bed is comfortable. Location is far from the station, needs 10-15 mins walk. Bathtub’s water pressure is not enough to fill the tub quickly. Breakfast was varied and tasty, but nothing stands out. Coffee machine inside the room is nice. We asked for a bit of late checkout and they couldn’t give it despite us asking twice, not even for + 30 mins, because apparently the hotel is “full”. We didn’t really see that many guests, and when we try to book online, there are more rooms available. That’s disappointing and doensn’t reflect the brand value of Hilton. I don’t even know if it’s legally 4 or 5 star hotel.

Had a very pleasant stay at Daiwa Roynet Hotel Yokohama-Koen. The location is excellent—very convenient and within walking distance to Yokohama Stadium, Chinatown, and public transport, making it easy to explore the area.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the essentials. The bed was cozy, and the overall space was well-maintained. Staff were polite, professional, and efficient during both check-in and check-out.
Amenities were sufficient, and everything felt organized and hassle-free. Overall, a great balance of comfort, location, and value for money. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Yokohama!

KaolalalalaBooked this hotel for a business trip. It's super convenient, just a 3-minute walk from the Northwest Exit of Yokohama Station. The facilities are great, and in the lobby, they have complimentary skincare products and toiletries you can take as needed, plus a self-service coffee machine ☕. Breakfast is served at the shop next door, and it was really good! I especially loved their pudding 🍮, salad 🥗, and corn 🌽 chowder.

VmaThe room and beds were quite small; the three of us had to sleep sideways. However, the view outside the window was nice, and there were several supermarkets nearby. It's acceptable for a one-night stay. You can refill your water bottle by the elevator. Yokohama really is a city with wide roads and big stores, it almost doesn't feel like Japan.

ChenryThe room is cozy, compact but well-equipped. It’s conveniently located just behind the Shinkansen station, with many eateries nearby.
I had a comfortable rest after several days of traveling.A self-service laundry is also available if you need to wash your clothes with a fee

My stay at Comfort Hotel Yokohama Kannai was enjoyable overall. Parking costs 1,600 yen per day. The front desk team was welcoming, attentive, and professional, making check-in quick and easy. The breakfast buffet was generous and varied—I loved the creamy scrambled eggs with toast and broccoli, and the grilled mackerel with rice was outstanding. Granola with fresh milk was a nice addition. The double room was clean and comfortable, although the bed felt a bit tight. It would be more convenient if complimentary bottled water were available.

What a great little find! Perfect price, perfect stay. The room is definitely teeny tiny BUT… the staff are friendly and helpful, there’s lots of toiletries to choose from on arrival, bakery items for purchase 24/7, sanitiser available on every floor, comfy bed, dressing gown and slippers…good breakfast buffet (though no hot selection for vegetarians other than soup). Bus and train within walking distance. Close to marina and a couple of great izakaya. Overall, just terrific.

David K T SoHotel location supposed to be good as it is adjacent to Yokohama Station. However, there is no direct connection between the hotel and the underground mall, I have to lift 3 heavy luggages from train station level (B2) up the stairs in the Joinus underground mall south exit 12. That alone have killed me. I think the hotel avoid telling customers about this great disadvantage. Even after entering the hotel, the front reception is another tens of stairs down to 1F like a split level building, which was extremely inconvenient! The hotel is like travelling back in time to the 70's, almost antique in today's standard. Room key is not a card type but a physical metal key! Room was still spacious (mine was triple room) but having no modern amenities, not enough power outlet for phone charging and/or computer. No storage or drawers, bathroom was extremely small and crowded. My booking included buffet breakfast, which was a surprise, food selection was good, but there were not many customers, one morning my family virtually was thw only table in the entire grand dining room! I can say I have mixed feeling about this hotel, if you have many luggages and arrived by train, think twice as you have to lift your luggages up 34 stairs from B2 to ground level.
