Absolutely loved it! The 4.8 rating is well-deserved; this is hands down the best capsule hotel I've ever stayed in. The bunk beds are designed to create individual private rooms facing opposite directions, each with a safe, offering excellent privacy and security. Don't miss the massage chairs in the common area on your floor. Downstairs, there's a hot spring bath ♨️, and if you arrive late, you can book a private bath at the front desk – it's incredibly refreshing to enjoy it alone! After your soak, there's even ice cream available, which is fantastic! In the mornings, they offer free breakfast, and in the evenings, complimentary instant noodles. The location is superb, right in Chinatown, across from the Kuan-ti Temple, with countless delicious food options nearby. The front desk service is impeccable; all the staff are super nice. I'd love to come back and stay again. Highly recommended!

Guest UserUndoubtedly Yokohama's top luxury experience! This hotel exclusively occupies Pier 8, surrounded by the sea on three sides, and its exterior resembles a luxury cruise ship. Upon entering, I was immediately impressed by the elegant spiral staircase and nautical-themed design. Located in the heart of Minato Mirai, it's just a short walk to the Red Brick Warehouse, the Ferris wheel, and the Cup Noodles Museum. The guest rooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows, offering an unobstructed 270-degree panoramic view of Yokohama Port's nightscape and the city skyline. Sunrises, sunsets, and dazzling city lights all become your private masterpiece. The space is generous, featuring a modern Japanese aesthetic with warm wood tones and meticulous attention to detail. The bedding is comfortable, and soundproofing is excellent. The bathroom comes with Byredo amenities, and the large bathtub directly faces the sea. The facilities are new and well-maintained, with a gym, courtyard, and sea-view terrace all available.

Anonymous UserThe building is grand, bedroom is spacious, bed is comfortable. Location is far from the station, needs 10-15 mins walk. Bathtub’s water pressure is not enough to fill the tub quickly. Breakfast was varied and tasty, but nothing stands out. Coffee machine inside the room is nice. We asked for a bit of late checkout and they couldn’t give it despite us asking twice, not even for + 30 mins, because apparently the hotel is “full”. We didn’t really see that many guests, and when we try to book online, there are more rooms available. That’s disappointing and doensn’t reflect the brand value of Hilton. I don’t even know if it’s legally 4 or 5 star hotel.

ww10oThe room window even offered a stunning view of a fiery sunset! The room details were excellent, compact yet refined, and the space was just right – not cramped at all, which is quite good for Japan. The hotel's amenities and services were great, with an endless selection of bath salts and delicious coffee. It's located right above the station, which is incredibly convenient. I'll definitely choose this place again!

Excellent hotel! Everyone was incredibly polite and offered great service. They'd greet and bow to guests whenever they saw them. While the room facilities were a bit old, the location was fantastic, close to the subway station, and offered unbeatable sea views.

very clean and safe even as a solo female traveler!!
i do speak japanese so my experience might've been a little different but regardless, the staff always responded kindly and politely (even at night) no matter what i asked. also i liked that there's free cleaning every 4 days.
the hotel is less than 10 minutes of walking to both kannai and bashamichi stations, and you can go to tokyo without transfers on minatomirai line from bashamichi station in just an hour if you wish you explore tokyo. if i have an opportunity, i'll definitely stay at this hotel again.
the only slight issue there could be is the queue to washing machine as there's only two of them but for me personally it wasn't a dealbreaker so i had no problem waiting.

The hotel is short walking distance from shin-yokohama station. Check in was easy and smooth. Out room was a bit small and tired , typical business japanese style but the furniture looked worn. The bathroom was also japanese style : no window + small bathtub with shower and minimal (well equipped) space overall. If you are lucky enough to get an upper floor room , the view from the big window is nice. On the basement there is a 7Eleven and just out of the hotel it is plenty of shops/restaurants

My stay at Comfort Hotel Yokohama Kannai was enjoyable overall. Parking costs 1,600 yen per day. The front desk team was welcoming, attentive, and professional, making check-in quick and easy. The breakfast buffet was generous and varied—I loved the creamy scrambled eggs with toast and broccoli, and the grilled mackerel with rice was outstanding. Granola with fresh milk was a nice addition. The double room was clean and comfortable, although the bed felt a bit tight. It would be more convenient if complimentary bottled water were available.

Guest UserThe place was old, but well kept enough. The staff were helpful, and the location is near the furthest exit of the train station - so mostly sheltered, which is great

Facilities: The room was a bit old-fashioned; it didn't use a key card for electricity, which meant the power was always on. It's an eco-friendly hotel, as the front desk provides towels.
Cleanliness: Acceptable.
Environment: Getting to the JR station wasn't very convenient, as you had to cross pedestrian overpasses.
