InterContinental Yokohama Pier 8

The room was a bit smaller than expected, but the overall quality is great. It maintains the standards you'd expect from a luxury hotel. It was so nice to catch the breeze on the rooftop at night. Victoria Harbour is not too crowded here, and there are no towering skyscrapers blocking the view. Also, the 7-Eleven downstairs carries a great selection of niche craft beers ☺️—such a pleasant surprise!

This hotel offers really spacious rooms for Japan, and staying for three nights was incredibly comfortable. This is my second time here, and I'll definitely choose it again when I come to Yokohama. The service is also excellent. Looking forward to my next stay!

The location is a bit average; it's a good 10-minute walk to the nearest station, so it's only really suitable if you plan on taking taxis everywhere. The room itself is great, with excellent hardware. Starting at 46 square meters, it's very spacious. However, the single bathroom had a strange curry smell, and the shower head's label was peeling off, indicating a lack of maintenance. The view is fantastic, definitely top-tier for Yokohama. There are only two restaurants in the hotel and not many other facilities, so it's quite a small-scale operation.

My husband really loves this hotel! In Yokohama, you get beautiful sea views, and the room is super spacious and comfortable. It's also super convenient with the Red Brick Warehouse right next door and a Bills restaurant for breakfast.

A really great hotel! The only minor issue was that check-in took a bit long, even without a queue. It might have been due to a language barrier during communication, which is hard to avoid. The environment, needless to say, was excellent. The staff were very attentive, and they cleaned the room daily, keeping it spotless. The room wasn't small, and it even had a small sofa bed. I absolutely love InterContinental hotels!

This is by far the most satisfying hotel I've stayed at in Japan. While not the most expensive, the room facilities are very new, and the decor is really comfortable. The balcony view is also amazing. However, it's a bit far from the subway station, which might be inconvenient if you have a lot of luggage.

Excellent! It's a beautiful, well-maintained hotel right by the harbor. Having a shopping mall downstairs is very convenient.
