My friend highly recommended it. The room rate is quite high and the room is good, but the service really doesn’t feel good. There was a waiter at check-out, and waited a long time for the result of the invoicing. It seems that the store manager came over and gave my invoice to someone else. I was really drunk! I ordered a meal without eating in the evening. After I finished eating, I called the front hall to clean up, but it took about 20 minutes before and after 3 calls that someone came to clean up! Maybe it's because there are too many real guests to be busy? ? ? I was bitten by a mosquito and woke up at about 3 o'clock in the evening. After searching for it, I couldn't find the mosquito repellent liquid. I called the front desk and said that I was under the bedside table. Okay, then look for it, but I didn't find it! Called the front desk again and said to arrange for someone to deliver it. Okay, I waited for more than 10 minutes and waited for the mosquito-repellent incense liquid and didn't dare to sleep, so I just sat so stupidly. I couldn't sleep when I was sent over. I came to sleep, but I didn't sleep well, alas! I was surprised, was I too unlucky or really bad service? ? ? I'm so disappointed!

The location of the hotel is good, beside the main road, there is a parking lot with parking management staff to help find the location and direct the parking. The front desk staff are nice, warm and thoughtful, the front desk also provides free snacks, the room is clean and tidy, there are public laundry facilities, and the breakfast is good. 這家酒店的服務真的太棒了，外地來的到這邊旅遊，對這邊叫車軟件不太懂，試着叫了一輛車，不會取消，找前台幫忙操作，陳燕茹很熱心的幫我給取消了，即友善和樂於助人，房間也非常乾淨舒適，設施非常滿意，給我帶來了一個愉快的住宿體驗。

這家酒店的服務和設施都非常出色，給人留下了深刻的印象。從辦理入住手續開始，工作人員張茹茹的友好和專業態度就得到了體現，她們始終面帶微笑，樂於助人，確保客人的需求得到及時滿足。酒店的環境優雅，客房佈置簡潔而舒適，尤其是床鋪非常柔軟，為客人提供了良好的休息條件。此外，酒店的早餐種類豐富，味道美妙，能滿足不同客人的口味需求。酒店提供的設施齊全，包括接送機服務跟商務中心，這些都增加了客人的住宿體驗。特別值得一提的是，酒店的位置優越，交通便捷，且鄰近購物中心，便於客人的出行和購物活動。

在運城呆了幾天，酒店環境很不錯，工作人員都很熱情，特別是陳艷茹小姐姐，讓我們去鹽池轉轉，吹着晚風很舒服，親身感受到這是一個節奏很慢的城市，物價很低，當地人都是熱心腸，市區很多地方都是絕佳打卡點，可惜本人攝影不專業就留在相冊自己看了，周邊還有許多名勝古蹟，是個很適合旅遊的城市！尤其是夜生活很豐富，晚上在湖邊很愜意，運城很好！下次還來！

酒店挺安靜的，跟父母一起來住，愉快舒適滿意的一晚，辦事很方便，周圍有好幾家不錯的餐廳，步行可達，距離星河廣場也很近，不愁吃不愁逛，服務很好，送了份水果，長者家説味道不錯前台宇糖又給拿了一份，服務很貼心，環境也不錯，乾淨整潔。

酒店的服務和設施挺好的，增值服務很多，大廳有免費的飲料和小零食，陳艷茹服務很好，很熱情，溝通能力很強，早餐品種也挺多，味道比外頭都好，還有現煮的麪條和餛燉，超級好吃😋，大廳還有機器人，可以送外賣到房間。房間的一次性用品質量都很好，特別是一次性拖鞋，質量超好，又衞生又安全，非常不錯，下次還會來，推薦👍🏻
