Two Brothers Studios & Apts

Kalamaki is a lovely place, and the hotel has a great location. Close to the main road, but far enough away to avoid the noise. The hotel has a nice pool and garden area, no problem getting a sun bed during the day, wich is important. I got a quiet room, not a lot of noise. Could do with some stronger lightning inside though, as theres only a small window, so the room was dark. My bed was ok, the quality of madras, pillows and duvet could be better, but acceptable. Theres was daily clean up, all ok. But the room could have done with a deeper cleaning, a lot of smashed dead mosquitoes on the walls(!) from previous guests (i guess), was a little disgusting :/ Newer toilet/bath, it worked good, thats important. But there was no toiletries! Not even hand soap!! (guess covid is long gone) Theres a little kitchenette, i used the fridge, was a good size and clean. Theres no kitchen articles, so i dont know how you are supposed the clean the dishes... or how they have been cleaned! The aircon worked good, but cost extra. The tv was very small, and no channels we could understand.... Theres possibility of buying drinks and snacks during the day, wich is great. Nice eating area. I didnt enjoy the breakfast though, it wasnt for me. I had total flad squished toast bread, flad squished croissants, some fruit gel, dry cake, margerine (no butter or olivenolie), cornflakes without milk, spread cheese and more... the quantity was great, but i would have preferred less and better quality. Coffee with grounds. But dont worry, 2 coffee shops/bakeries close by, even the staff got take away coffee from there ;) Its a place with lot of potential. But its all in the details, and they were missing. Its a Monet, if you get a Clueless clue. But the reason im not coming back: Wifi! Only poorly wifi in public areas. Our booking angency wrongly said, high speed wifi, in public areas and rooms...was one of my reasons for booking the hotel :( But hey, it could have been worse, but for the money i paid, i expected more. Lovely town and beach area.

Had a lovely stay here Kosta and Panos couldn’t do enough for you to make your stay perfect rooms were bright and airy maid service was good they were friendly and polite you are only a few minutes from the Kalamaki ***** but its so peaceful and you dont get disturbed breakfast, lunch and snacks available pool area is clean and nice to relax by beautiful flower displays around the building it is well kept and very clean lots of little touches to make it perfect when ordering drinks little dishes of nuts or crisps given nothing is too much trouble always greeted with a smile and it was nice to meet other family members too we would not hesitate to return here again we arrived as guests and left has friends it is a hidden gem with perfect hosts

As promised: nice and good renovated appartments. Double appartment is spacious. Beds are really good (a bit firm). Balcony can be small. Everyday good cleaning (even the dishes). Every other day fresh towels. We ended up with more towels than needed. Pool is average size. Fresh and cool water (most pools on the island have warm water). Owners are friendly and quiet. Location is close to the restaurant street. We enjoyed it. Will come again.

Nice quiet studio's set back just of the main *****. Clean and tidy room, cleaned on a regular basis with bedding and towels changed regular. Breakfast available if you require and also snacks and meals. Nice pool area to relax and soak up the sun. Kalamaki beach a good 15/20minute walk away or five minutes by car. Good selection of restaurants and bars within a short walk. Owned by the 2 brothers who were very helpful and polite, would stay again if we return to kalamaki.

Stayed here for a weekend. Every pleasant stay. Most important was the bed was very very comfortable, slept like a baby and I'm very fussy about this. So top marks, also very clean, owners were very friendly and polite. They communicate when people want, and respect those who want quiet. Also gave great tips on where to visit. Comprehensive breakfast, very reasonable price, probably under pricing themselves. Nice swim in the pool, cool courtyard laid to garden.

We forgot our towels at the pool en someone took them. We asked for new towels and they said ‘in 5 minutes’. We asked again en then it became tomorrow. We never got towels and we had to airdry our bodies for 4 days. Also they didnt change the bedsheets. I lost something of the brand Chanel at the pool. The owner then suddenly acted like he didn’t speak any english when I asked for it back

Absolutely do not recommend this place to families with small kids. We were never made to feel welcome and the hotel manager/owner had 0 understanding about how it is to travel/live with babies especially in a small space like a hotel room . He was very rude to us about the fact that the sheets got dirty. I offered to pay for cleaning but he didnt want money. So he just wanted to tell us off before we left. Choose a different hotel if staying in Kalamaki. But best steer clear altogether.

We stayed here for 4 nights early October, location is fantastic, rooms were very nice and clean. We had sheets and towels changed twice. Pool area very relaxing and agin very clean. Owners were very accommodating and friendly, wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We had a great week at the two brothers studios, great location, literally 2 mins from the main ***** and a 10 min walk from the beach! The rooms were much nicer than we expected and have received from similar properties in the past, they are very modern with all amenities you would need with air con included. The pool and general areas are very clean and well equipped with sun beds and seating areas. The two brothers are very friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. We stayed on a B&B basis and breakfast was great every day - a mixture of cooked items and continental, which varied slightly every day. Breakfast was always cooked well. We honestly had a fabulous week and we’re very well looked after until the minute we left. Thankyou to you all!
