Hotels Near Dayong Town in Zhangjiajie

The service was superb. Complimentary 'afternoon tea buffet' of hot milk tea whenever (or hot coffee if into that) was a super benefit of which we availed ourselves frequently. The desk candies were also enjoyable treats. The service was also good such that when our original room's scent from the previous guests caused my wife to feel nauseous, he found us a slightly better area of the hotel and gave us some things to improve the aroma. The walls were unfortunately thin enough that a neighbor fond of watching loud k-dramas kept us up at night. Thankfully, the front desk was kind and called them a couple times to get them to lower the volume. And with the late check-out time, we just slept in to recover our strength. Then we enjoyed the complimentary baggage check while we visited Mount Tianmen. The desk attendant even helped us find the way there! And he advised us on how early to get back plus where to get a taxi in time to reach Zhangjiajie West Station to catch our train. The hotel has a solid location too, with plenty of eateries nearby and a lovely river view beside the more traditional architecture. Fun place to catch Lantern Festival concerts, that's for sure! If we're ever back in Zhangjiajie for the festival, I hope that year we can find someplace to see folks launching lanterns too. Even without an elevator, the desk attendant's support to carry our luggage really saved us some energy! Overall, great place with exceptional service.

The boss is super welcoming, the room is very warm, clean and clean, and the extra room has improved my room type. There is a night market nearby, and there is a lot of food. The hotel is next to the ancient city of Dayong. You can stroll by the river at night, which is very comfortable. The price is right, five-star recommendation!

There is a food court near the hotel with many restaurants that taste good. There are many shopping places nearby, which is very convenient. The room is also very clean and comfortable. The only drawback is that there is no door in the shower room, which will spill water outside, so be careful of slipping.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. I couldn't be happier with our experience! The staff were incredibly accommodating, allowing us to check in early at around 7 AM, which was a huge relief since regular check-in isn't until 2 PM. They had a room available, and we were pleasantly surprised at how welcoming the staff. The room itself was spacious, bright and clean featuring a large window that offered stunning views of the city. The location was convenient, close to public transport and taking taxi is cheaper going to train stations and cableway. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with friendly service!

Location of the hotel is very convenient. Close to a lot of restaurants, shops, the Nanmenkou streetfood market and Dayong ancient town. The room was spacious and communication with the front desk went smoothly through WeChat. The only thing was that cigarette smell kept coming through the airvent when we turned on the airconditioning. If you don't mind it, I would say this hotel is fine to stay at when you are planning on exploring the city and Tianmen mountain.

Very satisfied, the location is good, close to the attractions, and there is a shopping mall downstairs, which is very convenient for eating and shopping. Parking is also convenient. The room is very big, but there is actually nothing in it. However, the projector is good, and the large floor-to-ceiling window looks directly onto Tianmen Mountain. The front desk also helped me book tickets for Qianguqing with discounts, and gave me a map of Tianmen Mountain and told me how to play. It's OK. The only drawback is that there is a garbage station next to the elevator going up to the underground garage, which is a bit smelly, but it's acceptable.

My husband and I stayed here for two nights and chose it for the fantastic location close to the cable car for the Tianmen mountain national park (only a 5-8min walk away). The amenities were fantastic and the room larger than what we expected. The hotel offers a hotel breakfast for a fee which we opted for and Im glad we did! It was a great way to experience local breakfast for foreigners like ourselves. The staff did not speak much english but we were able to communicate very well via wechat translate & message. Our room was also a bit warm due to the central heating, but reception was very accommodating and got a fan for our room which helped a lot. The hotel had also let us know there was construction which was fine but they even provided us with earplugs which we thought was very considerate. Overall, it was a fantastic stay at Zhangjiajie - would definitely recommend!

Such a warm experience, such a comfortable and warm hotel. Just at the back of tianmen mountain, such nice view. Downstairs have lots of food and restaurants. Great service, the girl is cheerful, kind, warm and full of smiles. I feel like home. ❤️

Wonderful hotel! The most important thing for us was the location — it’s right next to the funicular, which was very convenient. I especially want to highlight the front desk staff: everyone was very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special thank you to the young woman who helped us with breakfast for our child, called a taxi, walked us to the car, and even gave a toy to our child — it was incredibly kind and touching! Unfortunately, I didn’t ask her name, but I’d like to express my deep gratitude for her care and attention. Overall, the entire staff left a great impression. The rooms are clean, cozy, and have everything you need, except for bathrobes. Breakfasts were excellent — a wide variety of dishes to suit any taste, and finally, during this trip around China, we found real European cuisine! We had a very positive experience and would gladly recommend this hotel.

The host were very friendly and super helpful. He suggested us a good restaurant nearby. The inn was at very good location, in a small beautiful road with full of restaurants. The room was a bit small and in an old building.
