公寓位置在七十二奇樓附近，到天門山索道有十幾分鐘的車程，樓下能停車，晚上很安靜，房間設施比較新，老闆兩口很熱情，有共享廚房和餐廳，特別適合自駕遊。

房東老闆娘待客十分熱情，進門泡了當地特產黴茶喝，在家做了豐盛的飯菜給我們品嚐，既美味又營養，幫我們制定出遊路線，合理安排時間，玩得好吃得好，出發時還送到站，下次來張家界玩又來住老闆娘家。

這家老闆兩口子服務熱情，周到，衞生條件好，房間寬敞，透風光線非常好，環境清靜，地理位置距離72牌樓不遠，步行大約15分鐘，開車幾分鐘。對面有一個小餐館，價廉物美。要是區域配套設施齊全一點就更好了。這是我們入住的房間，忘了拍浴室，浴室寬大，水温可以根據自己喜好調節，感覺不錯。

環境乾淨整潔，每天都收拾的很乾凈，離72奇樓很近，我們定的天門山早上6點半的門票，叫不到車，老闆非常爽快的送我們，我們到張家界的時候是晚上10點，老闆高鐵站全程接送，服務非常到位，推薦

老闆兩口子人很好，車剛到門口就出門迎接，還幫忙拿行李，主要就是床真的很舒服，洗澡水也很大！不輸大酒店！離72奇樓也很近，步行可以去吃好吃的！

房間大而整潔，打車起步價幾分鐘到七十二奇樓，走路大概15分鐘吧，到高鐵站也是起步價10多分鐘，附近有一家湘菜館非常好吃也是老闆推薦的！
