amazing! the hosts were really kind and helped me out doing the best routes at tianmen mountain and zhangjiajie national forest park. it was clean, and had everything needed. i highly recommend staying here

This place is very near the Tianmenshan cable car station, about 5mins' walk. There are many convenience stalls and eateries around. Owner is fluent in English. She adviced us not to go to Tianmenshan the next day as the weather is bad, there'll be thick mist and we won't be able to see the Tianmen. Since we had a few more days in Wulingyuan, we took her advice and checked again with her for weather updates. We were glad we listened to her advice, we changed our plan and we enjoyed TianmenShan on a nice weather day. She was very kind to help us buy tickets even though we had checked out. I fully recommend this place for anyone who is visiting Tianmenshan for the first time. Just a small note - this place doesn't have a lift. We actually left our big luggage at the lobby, just unpack items needed for the nights

Simple but ideally located guesthouse in a lovely, quiet alley. Lots of restaurants around. Cablecar to Tianmen mountain closeby.

I loved my stay here! Rainbow was amazing — she helped plan my trips to Tianmen Mountain and the National Park, arranged tickets without any extra charge, and even marked out the best routes on a map. The room was spotless, comfortable, and cleaned daily. The location is ideal, close to tasty local restaurants and easy transport to the park. Rainbow speaks great English and was always happy to help with anything. I’d definitely stay here again!

write a review for hotel that doesn't have lift, our room at 5th floor, lady owner is friendly, eventho no lift, the lady owner was offer to bring 1 of our luggage up. room clean but not kuch space for our luggage, tiny bathroom, bed comfortable, no soundproof so could hear next room noise, luckily the next door guests noise end by 2am, got MOSQUITO in the room, lady owner friendliness is top notch and main point in this hotel. this hotel not for guest bring alot of luggage, elderly, disabled, or people whom has knee problem. lady owner give very helpful information for out trip to tianmen mountain, location top notch, many foods around til late. The hotel is a cozy stay with a very friendly and helpful lady owner who truly stands out for her kindness. Although there is no lift and our room was on the 5th floor, the owner kindly offered to help carry one of our luggage pieces upstairs, which was much appreciated. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, but space for luggage was quite limited and the bathroom was tiny. Soundproofing is minimal, so noise from the next room was audible, although it thankfully quieted down by 2am. One downside was mosquitoes in the room. This hotel is best suited for travelers without heavy luggage, and not ideal for elderly, disabled, or those with knee problems due to the stairs. The owner provided very helpful advice for our trip to Tianmen Mountain. The location is excellent with plenty of food options available late into the evening. Overall, the lady owner’s warm hospitality is the highlight of the stay.

The place is great, just near to everything - food, grocery. The cable car site is just in the other side! You can even see the cable cars outside the hotel room.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a 3-5 minute walk from the cable car station, making it incredibly convenient for an early morning ascent via Line A. The owner was also very helpful, providing details on mountain routes and other useful information. Free luggage storage was a bonus. The room was spotless, and overall, everything was well-maintained. My only regret is I was too rushed to take any photos. Highly recommended!

Amazing place, perfectly located with great views of Tianmenshan Mountain. Staff are warm, frieny, helpful and attentive, wifi routers in each individual room is an AMAZING addition, the smell? There's this amazing woody smell everywhere, hanfu experience is a great bonus as well. Definitely coming back and telling everyone I know about this place.

A nice little hotel directly downtown. Even though the rooms are small, it is more than adequate for the price!

Great location, walking distance to the Tianmenshab Cable Car. Staff were the highlight of our stay. The cheerfully helped us book and plan the entirety of our stay in Zhangjiajie.

Hotel rating Positives: - Wifi - Location - Free drinking water to refill - Bathroom good - warm shower water - Shower gel and shampoo available - Toilet paper available - Air conditioning good - Bed comfortable - Owners very friendly and tailored a plan to my wishes - very clean Negatives: - very many mosquitoes in the room!!! Although I had the windows closed all the time!!! And because of the wooden walls you can't see them immediately... That was a very big problem - There is no "do not disturb" sign. And the staff came into my room while I was still asleep
