Beautiful hotel close to Oriente station. Bad smell on the street, the public services should take more care about the area around and properly support this excellent 5* place. Easy check-in and out procedure.  Nice view on the gulf from the windows and silent rooms for good sleeping. Kudos to the receptionist, Thiago, who was very welcoming and gave much support describing the map of the city

The restaurant was exceptional with a lovely setting, brilliant food and top class customer service from the supervisor. Well worth the money, many thank you.

The bed was comfortable, the towels were large snd soft, the shower was amazing. The lighting in the bathroom and the room were bright! So nice to be able to see doing my makeup and getting dressed. It a small room but fine for 1 person. It was clean and I was very comfortable. Also I loved the location right near the water and was able to run on the biking jogging walking paths along the water. It felt safe clean and more "local' as opposed to staying in the xity center with all the tourists and traffic. It was an easy 15 min uber ride into the city and I never had to wait long for an Uber. I would stay here again. The only negative waa rhe gym. You cannot fit more than 1 person innthe gym at a time. Also my room had a slight body odor smell. Not so overwhelming that I had to move rooms but it was just noticeable when I walked in but then It went away but still something I dod mention to the front desk and they were very apologetic and took care of it. The staff are very friendly ans helpful. Really great hotel. Price was right too!

I was staying here during the power outage, the staff are lovely and really took good care of us. Despite the outage, we still have electricity. Managed to sleep confortably aftwr that long walk fr the city center.

a little bit far away from attractions, but comfortable room and beautiful swimming pool

I stayed at this hotel for one night and unfortunately, I had a terrible experience due to the lack of soundproofing in the room and the construction site opposite the hotel. It was impossible to sleep with all the noise from the street coming through, from the loud cars to people talking. To make matters worse, the construction work started at 7 am on a Saturday morning. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a peaceful night's rest.

The stay was very nice!

Despite my late-night arrival, the Customer Service was still operational. The breakfast was delightful, the sauna experience was exceptional, and the cleaning staff were outstanding. Without a doubt, this is a recommended hotel for a stay in Lisbon.
