I was staying here during the power outage, the staff are lovely and really took good care of us. Despite the outage, we still have electricity. Managed to sleep confortably aftwr that long walk fr the city center.

I stayed at this hotel for one night and unfortunately, I had a terrible experience due to the lack of soundproofing in the room and the construction site opposite the hotel. It was impossible to sleep with all the noise from the street coming through, from the loud cars to people talking. To make matters worse, the construction work started at 7 am on a Saturday morning. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a peaceful night's rest.

Despite my late-night arrival, the Customer Service was still operational. The breakfast was delightful, the sauna experience was exceptional, and the cleaning staff were outstanding. Without a doubt, this is a recommended hotel for a stay in Lisbon.

The dinner and the breakfast were really amazing! Location is near by lisbon aquarium. When we went to sauna, it wasn't cleaned properly.

The location is excellent, within walking distance to the subway station and train station. The room is spacious, bright and clean, with a unique design style, quiet in a busy area, and there is a restaurant next to the hotel, which is very convenient. The breakfast is very diverse and rich. The price is good value for money and the service is very good.
