This guesthouse was incredibly cozy, offering a fantastic stay. Before checking out, I briefly observed that every room was tastefully decorated and immaculately clean. Its location is super convenient, being very close to Huazhuang Metro Station and Universal Studios. Food deliveries can also come directly to your room door. The service was comprehensive, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Each guest receives personalized online assistance via a dedicated group chat, and a free shuttle service to Universal Studios is provided. While the room amenities were very complete, the only minor drawbacks were the soundproofing wasn't great, and the hot water took a little while to come through. Overall, it offers excellent value for money. If I get the chance to visit Universal Studios again, I would definitely consider staying here!

Planning a trip to Universal Studios, I discovered this B&B on Ctrip. The environment is lovely, it's spotlessly clean, and the host is wonderful. It's truly an ideal place for anyone visiting the area. Moreover, it's not far from the theme park and they provide a convenient shuttle service. Highly recommended!

Facilities: Very well-equipped. They even have a Xiaomi smart TV with premium streaming subscriptions included, and disposable towels, slippers, and dental kits are provided. Cleanliness: Spotless! The place was clean, tidy, spacious, and wonderfully bright. Environment: Great. The common areas are a huge plus, offering a washing machine, microwave, shared kitchen, and a refrigerator for guest use. Service: Absolutely fantastic. It's self-check-in via a digital lock, and the owner creates a group chat the day before arrival where a 24/7 concierge is on hand to answer any questions. Best of all, there's a free shuttle service to Universal Studios!

The facilities were pretty good. The double-glazed windows did an excellent job of blocking out external noise, though the soundproofing between rooms was only average. It was well-equipped with a fridge, washing machine, microwave, and a full set of kitchen utensils. The visible surfaces and bed linen were clean. However, the air conditioner and curtains were noticeably dirty, appearing as if they had never been cleaned. Being on the first floor, I could hear some noise from people walking and dragging chairs on the second floor, though it wasn't excessively loud. My bed was positioned facing the window, and since the curtains weren't blackout, I woke up quite early, past 5 AM.

The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the surrounding area was beautiful, with a lovely Jiangnan feel. It's conveniently located very close to Universal Studios and the Grand Canal Museum. The price was incredibly affordable, and the service was excellent. We're planning to make it our annual summer destination, especially with so many historical sites nearby.

The service was truly exceptional! The owner was very thoughtful and prepared wizard robes for us in advance. The rental fee was also very reasonable, which is great because buying them inside the park is quite expensive. In the morning, there's a free shuttle bus to Universal Studios, and in the evening, they can even arrange for luggage delivery to Universal Studios, which made things incredibly hassle-free. However, the hot water in the shower was scaldingly hot, and I'm not sure why. The bedding also felt a bit itchy that day, possibly because the room was on the ground floor and it had been raining for a few days. I recommend bringing your own disposable bedding set.

This is hands down the best place to stay if you're visiting Universal Studios Beijing! They offer a free shuttle service to Universal every morning and a return shuttle in the evening. It's great value for money, with an excellent environment and superb cleanliness. The butler-style service throughout our stay was fantastic – anything we needed was resolved instantly with just a message. It's far superior to a regular hotel. Our kids especially loved staying here.

Perfect stay! I really liked this place — very friendly and welcoming staff. It was a bit hard to find at first, and I accidentally went to another street, but they came out and helped me right away. I had booked just one night since I was in Beijing only to visit Universal Studios. In the morning at 7 AM, they organized a shuttle bus from the hotel to Universal. I asked if I could leave my luggage at the hotel after check-out, and they had no problem with that. They kindly kept my bags safe until 10 PM, when I returned from the park. They even showed me where to catch the shuttle back to the hotel and met me near the bus stop when I arrived late that night. My booking time had technically expired, but they still helped me with everything. I'm really grateful — such kind and helpful people ! And very close to Universal. As for the room, it was clean and comfortable. It was also the first hotel I stayed at in China that provided hair conditioner — and good quality ones too! Everything was great. Thank you.

very near to universal

The location is a bit difficult to find at first. Otherwise, it's fine.

Quite a trip from Beijing center but in a lovely little village and the huazhuang metro stop is within walking distance. They booked our room to someone else in the middle of our stay and moved us to another room and then back again the next day. They are very generous with the water bottles, slippers, disposable towels, etc. It was clean and very well maintained. The washing machine, and kitchen things are in the public space with many other fun things for entertainment. The bosses are good.

Nice accommodation to stay with friends or family. The owner guy took us from a nearby area where we lost with our taxi. He is friendly and helpful. The location is a bit far from the city center but very convenient if you decide to play in Universal theme park. The price is really cheap with these conditions. I like that it has two bathrooms. P.S. It is better to take a taxi to find places to eat. Nearby places are not good.

This courtyard is the best palace for visiting Universal Resort. I have visited the Universal Resort with my family. There is a big shuttle bus to the Universal resort. Metro station is near around 1.3km away. We have little tour to the Beijing city center by Metro. That was cool and interesting for us. Also if you visit to the Beijing with your friends, this courtyard is the best palace for you.

The place is near to Universal Studio and was very clean. Owners were easy to cope with.
