Friendly staff even though they're aren't good in English,very good breakfast. Comfy bed.

The Location is on a Hill but really near the Airport. I had to wait 15-30 minutes to check in and also check out the hotel because there was like never a person and the reception. The rooms havent got any proper toilets just the holes and the bed sheets had a lot of stains… But the little resort where the appartmenta located where really beautiful with the lights and stuff. Litarally noone spooke english

It was a decent stay, close to the airport (they offer free pick up and drop off) and short taxi drive to Tianmen Mountain. The driver offered to take me to Zhangjiajie National Park for 300 yuan which is over priced. I also asked him if breakfast was an option for an add on and he said no but the lady at reception said I had free breakfast included (I had missed out on two breakfasts because he said no). The floor wasn’t that clean and I didn’t want to walk bare foot, and there was also hair in the sink that wasn’t mine. But if you need a place to stay which is close to the airport than this place will do just fine!

The nice traditional Chinese hotel is ideally located about 10 minutes from the airport so it’s perfect to stay in soon after landing in Zhangjiajie. With a call, hotel will arrange a pick up service for you which is convenient as taxis are hard to come by in the evening. The hotel overlooks the airport so you can see the planes take off and land, which is a nice view to go out to. The housekeepers are kind, helpful and very attentive. If you want to communicate with them though best have a translation app ready as they’re not fluent in English. Amazing service though once you cross the language barrier! Rooms are clean and wifi is good! Environment is quite homely and feels like you’re in China. Would definitely recommend. One thing I would recommend is to NOT use Didi to get there. The route in the app is off road and drivers get lost.

Very nice and cozy hotel! It’s right by the airport, the hotel can pick you up for free. The lady is very nice. They told us a story, that once they couldn’t communicate with a foreigner due to a language barrier, and there was a misunderstanding. The foreigner didn’t understand he will be picked by the hotel’s car, and climbed up by himself. While the owners couldn’t use the translator to explain that they will pick him up. So they got a 1 star feedback, which very unfair. So please use the Baidu translator, the owners are very nice people 😊 Also they upgraded our room to a bigger a better one😇

Hotel itself looks not bad . Location seemed to be good , but every time you call didi - all the drivers drive you by weird roads which are always on construction . So 10 min trip May lasts hour or more ( mine was 1.5 hour) Any person in stuff don’t speak or understand English , so they were not helpful with necessities. And final . My flight was early morning and I noticed hotel stuff in advance about early check out . Morning , I realized that all gates are closed and I can’t get out . So I climbed over the wall to set myself free. I would not recommend this stay

This place is on the mountain behind the airport. You can see the airport when you go out, and you can see Tianmen Mountain a little further away. You can even walk to the airport by yourself from the small road. The advantage of living there is that you don’t have to worry about traffic jams and time. The garden-style accommodation feels a bit like a vacation

🌟👍🌟The most satisfying accommodation experience so far. The service is very thoughtful and everyone is very enthusiastic❤️🔥. I originally bought the cheapest double bed room, and I upgraded the room type smoothly with Ctrip points, and it was a twin bed👍 The breakfast was very attentive and freshly made. The pomelo garden was so healing, but it was a pity that I only stayed for one night and didn't have a meal or tea in the pomelo garden. If I have the opportunity to come to Zhangjiajie City, I will definitely stay for a few more days🫰

The parent-child room is very big. Clean and sanitary, with a children's play area. Complete facilities. Airport pick-up and drop-off are available. The food is delicious and the service is warm. As soon as you enter the door, you can see the kitchen, which is very clean. There are also barbecue skewers and roasted whole lamb. You can also sing karaoke in the villa. You can see Tianmen Mountain and planes taking off from the roof. It is the best choice for travel and vacation, and the key is that you can also book discounted tickets.

There was a cigarette butt under the sink in the room, which showed that the hygiene was not good. As for the facilities, the TV could be turned on, but the remote control was useless. Service, I didn't see any toilet paper when I checked in. After calling the front desk, a cleaning lady came to deliver paper, but she was very reluctant. It was just two rolls of paper. I would have left long ago if I had checked in! Anyway, the check-in experience was average!

Room facilities are basically good There are orchards everywhere The hotel is suitable for group building or family vacation The airport is nearby and you can see the Prince Runway and Tianmen Mountain. The environment is quiet and comfortable, worth coming again

The environment is nice, with a farmhouse style and a warm feeling. Suitable for family travel. There are restaurants and children's entertainment facilities inside, which is quite convenient. Airport pick-up service is available

The location of the hotel is a bit remote, next to the airport, you have the opportunity to watch planes take off and land, but the scenery here is definitely good. Facilities: Very complete! There are things to play, see, and read! But the service is a bit backward! Need to improve
