First time experiencing a homestay like this, and the owner is the reason I want to do it again. I usually don't write reviews like this, but the service baffled me. The day before my arrival, the owner asked ways to contact; we added eachother on WeChat and communication was extremely easy. Gave me options from picking up from the airport to tips on how to get there safely and easy. This made the arrival very easy and I felt safe/confident. They took our luggage to the room, accomodation itself was quite pleasant, everything was clean and they were understanding. The place is quite remote, so there were barely any food options. The owner offered us their food options, first I wasn't intrigued but in the end we chose to order. It went smoothly, got a message we could come downstairs for food; it was an amazing homecooked meal that made me feel like I was back home. After dinner he insisted to plan our whole 2-day Zhangjiajie itinerary. From ways to travel to activities. He made clear how we could get the most out of the 2 days while being realistic about time. This went to smoothly, he purchased the tickets for us for the retail price, similar to the price on trip.com. The days went by so smoothly, it was like having a free tour guide with the stay. When there were any questions, messages and calls were responded immediately. I can write so much more, but all I can say is that this was one of the best experiences I've ever had while staying in any accomodation, even compared to high-end hotels. I can't praise this place enough! First off, the owner's hand-drawn travel guide was a huge hit. So many people stopped to take pictures of it while I was out and about, and I looked at it so many times myself that it literally fell apart. The owner also explained everything, and going against the current was just fantastic. Secondly, the car pick-up and drop-off service was amazing – we didn't have to walk an inch more than necessary. Then, the food and prices were just right. Most importantly, because we booked late, we only managed to get one night here out of our planned two-day trip. The second day, we went to another place that was about a fifteen-minute drive away. The owner here actually drove us there, and then, early the next morning, picked us up and dropped us off at the main entrance for our activities. Note: We had already checked out and weren't staying at their place anymore! Seriously, the service here is beyond amazing. Even after we checked out, they were still incredibly helpful. In contrast, the other place we stayed seemed to expect guests to do everything themselves. The difference was night and day – I was truly impressed. And the prices are really, really affordable. I recommend this to the whole world! The owner truly deserves to make a fortune!

I like this B&B so much. Next time I come to Zhangjiajie Forest Park, I will choose this place first. The B&B has a swimming pool, a stream, a mountain view, a barbecue, flowers, grass, and all the yearning for a better life. Everyone who comes here will find their own fun. Small animals can run freely, children can play freely, and adults can find childhood memories. When they are tired of playing, there are delicious chicken soup, braised stream fish, tempting barbecue, and under the stars, listening to the insects, feeling the long-lost relaxation. The boss is also a warm-hearted person. He will arrange a car to pick up and drop off the West Gate. Going to the Forest Park from the West Gate really has the shortest queue time. The boss will also arrange a guide. It is an absolute private customized route. The boss is like a long-lost friend. The room is full of details: the bedding is of good quality, there is a projection in the room, an umbrella at the door, fresh flowers in the vase, seats on the terrace, the curtains are not light-transmitting, and the air conditioner is turned on in advance. The only thing that needs to be improved: the housekeeper needs to contact the guests one day in advance, because the boss will arrange free pick-up and drop-off at the high-speed rail station or airport.
