Hotel room was very nice and big! Just steps away to ski place. Great location if u want to do skiing. Some delicious restaurants and food trucks located very close by

The hotel is ideally situated in a prime location, making it easy to reach and navigate. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by its stunning beauty and elegant decor. The check-in process was very smooth. They even offer self check-in. After we arrived to our room we received a welcome plate of fruit and yogurt. The room we stayed in was a masterpiece of design, meticulously decorated with a keen eye for detail, and the cleanliness maintained by the staff was impeccable. We thoroughly enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which offered an impressive variety of dishes, including both Western and Chinese cuisines. The area surrounding the hotel boasts breathtaking views of the river, adding to the overall charm of our stay. The only thing missing is a swimming pool. The other amenities are very nice.

The location of the hotel can be said to be the most cost-effective among the three hotels, namely Prince Hotel, Genting Hotel and Genting World. The location is not bad either. Friends who live on the first floor can slide out directly from the balcony. Before the cable car starts, you can slide from the door on the side of the snow track to the hotel restaurant for breakfast. The front desk of the hotel is the 5-wire cable car, and the ski equipment hall of Genting Hotel is at the bottom. I give 101 praises to Cui Wenbin, the front desk brother! When checking in, there are a lot of check-in information, including where the towel is, whether the switch is three-control, etc. Patiently answer all my questions during the stay. When checking out, the wheels were still stuck in the soft snow and ice mixture and couldn't get out. He also called a few security brothers, shoveling snow, pushing carts, and guiding me when to put on four-wheel drive. They got my big car out very efficiently. Thank you very much!

We chose this hotel since we wanted to go on staycation and this isn't too far from Thaiwoo Ski Resort. We arrived at about 7pm in the hotel and the parking lot was full but some cars were parking beside the hotel's entrance so we just followed them and parked too. We thought it was alright since nobody told us not to. But the next day early in the morning they called us to move our car because it doesn't look good for their hotel and since we aren't morning people we were kinda pissed. They could have told us last night. Although; this thing happened to us, we still think the hotel is nice for staying. Great rooms.

I stayed at a nice local hotel conveniently located just a five-minute walk from Fulong Snow Park. While my room was slightly dirty, it wasn't enough for me to raise a complaint; it felt as though the cleaner might have been in a hurry. I attempted to order room service, but unfortunately, no one answered the phone. Breakfast offered a mix of Chinese and Western dishes, but I found it lacking compared to other hotel breakfasts I've experienced. One downside was that there was no way to book tickets for the snow park directly through the hotel. Perhaps there was a method, but it wasn't available in English. At Fulong Snow Park, I encountered difficulties as the English-speaking window had no staff who could assist in English. It was quite challenging to navigate everything. Fortunately, I managed to find an English-speaking ski instructor named Alex, who I highly recommend. Although this is unrelated to the hotel, I felt it was worth mentioning!

Brilliant location in the heart of Thaiwoo. Walking distance to the slopes. Rooms are very spacious compared to the other hotels around. The breakfast spread is just ok. Will definitely come back.

The hotel is really clean and the services are up to par. My friend and I got executive lounge and it took forever for them to check up in because we were foreigners. When we were finally checked it. We decided to stay longer as we were impressed with the cleanliness and amenities of the space, but we were declined at the front desk with the excuse of my friend passport is with the immigration and she only had a visa sleep so they can’t allow us stay in their hotel longer. And they kept calling our room asking for our school’s name in chines, our home address. So many frustrating personal questions. But aside from that, they were really friendly and the place was nice, the breakfast was great as well

Although it is five-star, it is too casual. I planned to go to the bar to listen to music at night, but a group of people were singing with broken voices🎤, and the whole hotel was filled with the sense of farmhouse music! It seems to be the boss's friend or something, isn't this a signboard? The swimming pool is not open and there is no place to play. The only afternoon tea is good and worth a visit. The environment and quality are not as good as Hengxing Metropark, although the prices are similar. The service is not bad, and Wanggui Hotel has improved its quality.

The transportation is convenient, and it takes 5 minutes by bus to the high-speed rail station. The bus connection is also very convenient. The hotel is located in the core area of ​​Taiwu Town, where you can eat, stay and play. I will definitely come here to play in the snow next time!

Stayed in a dorm room. Very basic as expected. But good location and good price for a solo traveler who spends little to no time in the room. Broken locks on toilet doors was interesting for others.
