"A very comfortable hotel to stay in! Whether it is the beauties in the front hall or the handsome guys at the gate, the service is very warm, thoughtful and considerate~ I live in 216. There is a threshold at the door, and the robot can't get up. It was the handsome guy in the front hall who ran up to send me~ When checking out, Ms. Wang in the front hall was patient and considerate~
The room was clean and hygienic, of moderate size, and I was given an upgrade. The mattress was a mousse one~ (professional habit... I even looked through other people's mattresses...), the breakfast was rich, with everything you need, but I went a little late... some dishes were out 😂
Because I have been working in the hotel industry and I travel frequently on business, I am quite picky about hotels within the reimbursement range. This is one of the hotels I particularly liked that I stayed in recently. The only thing is that it is a little far from the city center, but it is only 1 km away from Zhangjiakou Station... Anyway, I will definitely stay here again next time I come!"

"During the May Day holiday, I was ready to avoid the crowd and went around Beijing. I accidentally saw the hotel in Huailai. I was attracted by its nice name and the design style of Suzhou gardens. I booked three rooms directly. The environment after arriving was particularly pleasant. It was a little rainy that day and it felt like entering the south of the Yangtze River. The room was clean and the front desk clerk was very enthusiastic. The children did pottery production. The adults drank tea in the room together. There was a tea room next to it. But I closed the door that day. I wanted to drink tea in the yard, the artistic conception would be more beautiful! I hope that next time I go, I can upgrade my room for me. It would be more perfect to have a cup of tea in the yard. ❤️

"This was the best hotel I've stayed at in China. It's even better than hotels that were 4 times the price. The attention to detail in the rooms was excellent. My favorite amenities were the pillow/mattress menu, free soap scrubber in the shower, open concept bathroom. I was also please that the hotel provided a small air conditioner (since it's late October, the hotel's system was set to heat instead is cool) and I was able to sleep in 20 degree comfort. Also, the hotel had free wine tasting! Also, the restaurant was delicious (expensive, but worth it!)."

"We stayed at Passton Hotel for a two-day weekend trip to Thaiwoo Town, and it was a fantastic experience! Getting there was a breeze; direct navigation leads you straight to the underground parking garage right at the hotel entrance, which has plenty of spaces and even charging stations on B1.
Our room, decorated in a charming European vintage style, was fully equipped and offered excellent views of the entire town and its surroundings. A big plus was the complimentary hot springs available at the hotel!
The staff provided truly exceptional service; anything we needed was just a phone call away and promptly delivered to our room.
You absolutely *must* try the hotel's complimentary breakfast – it's so extensive, it could easily double as lunch! They offer a rich spread with both Chinese and Western options, and everything tasted excellent.

"We participated in the Spartan Race with my kids. The hotel is super close to the venue, just a short walk up a hill. Coming back after the race was all downhill, which was a relief and not tiring at all. Our room was lovely – clean, fresh, and really spacious. It had a long tatami mat area, easily big enough for two people to sleep, which meant this was the first time I've traveled with two children and didn't even need a separate family room. That was fantastic value! Breakfast was abundant, and the front desk service was excellent too. My only small criticism is that the room didn't have a main overhead light, so it often felt a bit dim."

JJvictoryWe chose this hotel since we wanted to go on staycation and this isn't too far from Thaiwoo Ski Resort. We arrived at about 7pm in the hotel and the parking lot was full but some cars were parking beside the hotel's entrance so we just followed them and parked too. We thought it was alright since nobody told us not to. But the next day early in the morning they called us to move our car because it doesn't look good for their hotel and since we aren't morning people we were kinda pissed. They could have told us last night. Although; this thing happened to us, we still think the hotel is nice for staying. Great rooms.

GGuest UserPros: The two-night package with breakfast for 960 RMB was excellent value. The room itself was spacious, and the hotel staff we interacted with were very warm and welcoming; we even received a complimentary room upgrade. Our room featured an open-air balcony, which was lovely to relax on this season. The hotel also offers a convenient shuttle service to the high-speed rail station and the Cuiyunshan Forest Scenic Area. A small highlight was the delicious bread at breakfast, and they even offered refrigerated storage for perishable items if needed.
Cons: On the downside, the hotel's maintenance and attention to detail were severely lacking. Despite being relatively new, there was still a persistent smell of renovation. Furthermore, we noticed yellow limescale had already accumulated in various places, and the drain covers weren't properly aligned. The deadbolt in our room was broken and remained unfixed even after we reported it. It was baffling for a supposedly five-star hotel to provide basic bottled water like 'ChunYue' in the room, and even cheaper 'ChunLu' in the gym. The TV was practically useless; it lacked internet connectivity and screen mirroring capabilities, only offering the hotel's promotional video. The toilet was a standard model, not a smart bidet type, and the toiletries provided were of very poor quality. Breakfast options were quite limited, with only two or three types of fruit and stir-fried dishes, which were consistently oversalted. There was little variety day-to-day, and overall, the food was unappetizing.
Overall, considering all these points, I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

YYunqianma-yanI go to Thaiwoo Town every summer. Since my second visit, I've always chosen to stay at Xueluju, and this was my third consecutive stay. Both the service and the hotel's environment are consistently excellent. This year, I was in such a rush checking out that I accidentally left my trunk's cargo cover in the underground parking lot. To my utter surprise, with just one phone call, a front desk attendant went all the way to our parking spot, located it, and even arranged to have it mailed back to us. I was incredibly touched by this gesture! This level of dedication to service truly deserves a big thumbs-up!

A special tip for snow ski/board beginners: this resort is an excellent place to start! However, consider renting equipment in town, as prices are nearly half compared to other ski resorts. Although the rental fees are higher here, the equipment and clothing are relatively new, less than a year old.

SShengjiyouxiang1858We made a last-minute decision to visit Chongli and were lucky enough to get the last available room that day. Upon entering the town, there's an underground parking garage, and hotel guests can park for free, without needing to buy a ticket to enter the town. We arrived at 4 PM and quickly checked in. Our room was on the ground floor, featuring a queen-sized bed and a single bed, comfortably accommodating a family of two adults and one child. The room was exceptionally spacious, and the bathroom area was also very large. The bathtub was great, and the bathrobes were soft and clean. Breakfast offered a rich variety of choices and was certainly worth the price. Overall, we were quite pleased and would definitely return given the opportunity.

FFlorine LeeHotel room was very clean, but the daily housekeeping does not include vacuuming and making the bed. The housekeepers ignored my do not disturb sign and kept knocking on our door to rush in to change our towels in the morning before we went out to ski. Everything about the hotel is ok except for the housekeeping which can be improved with more thorough cleaning daily. They are nice enough the provide us with many bottled water so we didn't have to buy. Breakfast was ok, nothing to shout about, but comforting to last for ski days. We got assigned tower A which is less convenient that Tower B. Walking distance to Thaiwoo town, where you can find nice bubble tea and some restaurants.

__WeChat41208****The bathroom drain in room C306 was leaking; the cleaning staff came and cleaned it, but the cause of the blockage was not found. One of the bedside spotlights couldn't be turned off and stayed on all night. Hopefully, the hotel's engineering department can fix it as soon as possible to make guests more comfortable. Other services, the environment, and cleanliness were all good, especially the balcony which faced the Snow Ruyi Pavilion and looked beautiful when lit up at night. This hotel was built for the East Olympics, following the mountain terrain and incorporating elements of cave dwelling design, highlighting its cultural value. Compared to the various small-town hotels, this place is very quiet and suitable for rest.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is good, but traffic started building up as soon as we got close. The main issue was that the traffic lights didn't have separate lanes for going straight and turning, which led to cars jostling for space and causing significant congestion. Once in the town, we couldn't find the underground parking, and the security guard at the entrance was completely unhelpful, giving us incorrect directions. The room had a dark color scheme and was very comfortable, and the front desk service was good. There was a loud speaker in the plaza in front of the building repeatedly playing the same song from morning till night, which was quite disruptive. The breakfast selection was very limited and just average. However, the complimentary hot spring access or movie tickets were a great bonus. Overall, a positive experience!

LluhongThe hotel is ideally located downtown, very close to a variety of dining and entertainment options. We booked connecting rooms – a suite and a twin room – which were incredibly spacious. The rooms came with all necessary amenities, and the wooden key card was a charming touch. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and room service was swift. We'll certainly choose to stay here again next time.
