Came here with my family. Stayed at this hotel, and the front desk staff, Xiao Shi, was very responsible and helped me solve all my issues. Whether it was checking in, checking out early, or getting an invoice, she made the whole experience very pleasant.

The room was okay, great size and good price. However, it is central heating where you cannot ckntrol the temperature from the room. It got absolutely cold at night which kinda suck

The hotel is clean and nice. There is a shuttle bus every 20 min to go to the slopes. We arrived early and they let us check in anyway since the rooms were ready. You can get 20% discount of the ski pass in Thaiwu by staying here.
