Zhangzhou Longwen District Hotels

Over the years I have stayed a number of times at Crowne Plaza. It 's very good option if staying downtown, especially it just several minutes from Wanda plaza. The hotel is located close to where we need to be and the we love the rate for breakfast and parking. The hotel staff Cythina was friendly and helpful to handle my booking. Will be back again for future visit in Zhangzhou and recommend this place!

I have stayed at quite a few Wanda hotels in the past and always had a pleasant experience but the past two days were anything but pleasant. I had a two night stay in Zhangzhou Wanda Realm from the 22nd of January to the 24th of January. I have listed my grievances below. 1. Air-conditioning does not work. My room was a constant temperature of 25 degrees Celsius and even after turning on the air conditioning did the temperature not go down. I had to ask the hotel to open a window to decrease the temperature and thus let polluted air into the room. 2. I booked an executive room knowing that I would receive some benefits. Not only was the executive lounge closed but as stated in the notice, they requested we use the hotel lobby bar which was also closed. I paid 850RMB per night for this room. If I am not going to have the benefits of an executive room at least refund me. 3. Swimming pool times have drastically decreased to limited times. I know that this is Chinese New year but isn't this the time when the hotel would receive most of its guests and thus have all the amenities ready and working to make a guest stay very pleasant. 4. Breakfast buffet was below standard of a 4 star hotel. Not only was the selection of foods extremely basic but the food was severely under stock. One would think that a four star hotel would be able to plan for a busy time like Chinese New year but no, there was limited food on basic items like eggs and bacon. Staff were not prepared for such large amounts of people. 5. It seems like this hotel is closing down as many water features and other amenities are either out of order or not working properly. It is an embarrassment to call this hotel a luxury hotel. It has the facade of a luxury hotel but cannot deliver on basic amenities. Please see my photos for evidence of my unpleasant stay. The staff were very friendly and tried to help where they can but it would be better to close down this hotel than call it a luxury 4 star hotel.

My stay at the Lavande Hotel (Zhangzhou Xinlong Shengshi Plaza) in Zhangzhou was absolutely fantastic! 💯 I have to praise the cleanliness. The entire room was spotless, leaving no corner untouched. It felt so safe and secure. 🧹✨ The front desk lady was so thoughtful! She proactively upgraded me to a room with a tea table, which instantly made me feel at home. I was incredibly impressed! 💁♀️💖 Transportation was a breeze; following the navigation system made everything smooth. The hotel also has a parking lot, making it super convenient for driving. No more worrying about finding a spot. 🚗📍 The facilities were also great! The view from the upper floors was great, the room was new and spacious, and the bed was so soft and fuzzy I didn't want to get up 🛏️😴 The best part was the shower water; the hot water came quickly and the water flowed abundantly. A hot shower was a perfect way to heal a tired day~🚿💦 The only downsides were the decor was a bit smelly, and the beds couldn't be joined together, which might be a little troublesome for families with children😐. Also, the TV didn't support screen mirroring! Overall, the value for money was excellent. I'd love to stay here again next time I'm in Zhangzhou! Highly recommended~👍🌟

Living here is like being at home! The location is very convenient. There is a snack street and convenience store downstairs, so you don't have to worry about buying anything. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and handled the procedures quickly. The room looks clean, the bed is just the right hardness, the quilt is soft, and the soundproofing is good, so it's not noisy at all when the door is closed. Although the breakfast is not fancy, the buns and steamed buns are freshly made, and there is endless refills of soy milk. It is just the right amount to eat before going out for fun. The price-performance ratio is amazing, it's down-to-earth and practical, I'll stay here again next time I come!

The room is spacious and comfortable, clean and hygienic. Parking is also convenient. The hotel service is warm, clean and tidy. The room is warm and spacious. The hotel is in a good location. The housekeeping staff is also very friendly. There is also a tourist attraction, Minnan Water Town, near the hotel. There are many special dishes there. Friends who come to play can go and have fun~ The outdoor scenery is also very beautiful

I drove all the way from Shanghai and traveled south along the coast of Zhejiang and Fujian provinces. I stayed in different types including luxury chain hotels, ordinary hotels, B&Bs, etc. This courtyard hotel is by far the most comfortable and satisfactory hotel. It is located in the park and the room is very large. The decoration is nice and new, the bed pillows are very comfortable, and the window opens to the courtyard. The garden is beautifully manicured and beautiful. What impressed me most was the breakfast, which was rich in variety and delicious, especially the seafood noodles, which is simply the ceiling of the hotel breakfast industry. Will definitely stay again next time I visit Zhangzhou

Facilities: The newly renovated one looks comfortable, but it is a bit out of the way. Hygiene: Newly renovated, hygienic is OK. Environment: The hotel is surrounded by warehouses and is a bit messy and noisy sometimes. Service: The service lady needs to be better trained. Communication seems to be difficult: I asked her to get a power card but she couldn't give me one. When I asked her about the check-out time, she was very rigid and said that the hotel stipulates 12:00. I told her that the time I booked on Ctrip stated that the latest time was 14:00. It feels like the service staff is scheming and has poor service awareness, which naturally makes the hotel experience uncomfortable. The breakfast is also average, and the overall cost performance is not high!

The check-in at the front desk was very fast, the staff was very enthusiastic, and the suite was upgraded to be much larger. The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was moderately soft and hard. The hotel's breakfast was rich in variety, with both Chinese and Western food, and the taste was also good. The location was easy to find, next to the traffic light. The price-performance ratio is super high, and I will choose this place again next time I have the chance!

Service: The lady at the front desk is friendly and polite. Also gave my son a small gift. I didn't know until the day of check-in that the hotel also arranged a free midnight snack. The breakfast was very rich. Good value for money.

The lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic and makes people feel like spring breeze. 😘The room is spacious, comfortable and warm, and there is a balcony to enjoy the view. Disposable slippers are very considerate, and most importantly, they are very cost-effective! Moreover, voice intelligent control is super convenient and provides a full experience. In short, everything is excellent, I am very satisfied with my stay, and I highly recommend it to everyone! 💕
