Zhangzhou Longwen District Hotels

Since the group tour required going to Zhangzhou North Toll Station in the morning, I booked this hotel. The hotel is not far from the expressway entrance and can be reached in 20 minutes by taxi. It has a short opening time and is relatively clean!

這家酒店服務挺好的，房間寬敞明亮，衞生乾淨整潔，離古城雲洞巖景區不是特別遠，門口走沒多遠就有共享自行車，可以騎着去古城，房間內的配置很高水準，窗簾，燈光是小度全屋智能控制，開關燈就交給它啦。而且最重要的，房間的窗户雖然對着馬路，不過關上以後真的真的和開了靜音鍵一樣。和外面的世界隔絕了，能讓我睡個好覺!總的來説非常滿意，全五星好評!下次有機會來漳州的話還會定這裏。

We had a night to spend in Zhangzhou and are very happy that we found this hotel not too far from the railway station. We got a very nice spacious room that was very nice specially since there was some rain in the afternoon so we stayed inside to watch movies on the big tv. We had bbq lunch by the pool side. Very nice pool area. Would love to come back and stay longer.

The hotel environment is quite good. There is a night snack street at the door, which is very convenient for eating. It is only seven to eight minutes' walk from the mall. The hotel also has a delivery robot to deliver takeaways directly to the door. There is also an intelligent voice wizard in the room. The service is very enthusiastic, especially Xiao Ding at the front desk.

The surrounding environment of the hotel is good, parking is convenient, the room layout is reasonable, the view is wide, clean and tidy, the front desk service attitude is really good! Help us upgrade the room for free, and also give breakfast coupons. The breakfast is rich in variety, with Chinese and Western food, great value! Next time I go to Zhangzhou and live here again.

The service attitude of the guy at the front desk is very good and very friendly. The room is very clean and the location is also good. Overall, the stay experience is good, the front desk can provide free luggage storage, wake-up service, the hotel service is really good, the health is also very clean, close to the scenic spot, the access is very convenient, the overall stay is very comfortable.

The room was clean and the sanitation service was particularly good. There was a laundry room on the second floor, which could be washed and ironed. Dining on the 21st floor. The hotel also provides disposable towels and bath towels, especially rest assured, the front desk lady service is also very good 👍 forgot to take photos. Especially suitable for business travelers, there is a desk lamp on the table, and it is especially convenient to work at night. On weekends, go to the ancient city of Zhangzhou , and take a taxi from the hotel for 25 yuan.

I have stayed at quite a few Wanda hotels in the past and always had a pleasant experience but the past two days were anything but pleasant. I had a two night stay in Zhangzhou Wanda Realm from the 22nd of January to the 24th of January. I have listed my grievances below. 1. Air-conditioning does not work. My room was a constant temperature of 25 degrees Celsius and even after turning on the air conditioning did the temperature not go down. I had to ask the hotel to open a window to decrease the temperature and thus let polluted air into the room. 2. I booked an executive room knowing that I would receive some benefits. Not only was the executive lounge closed but as stated in the notice, they requested we use the hotel lobby bar which was also closed. I paid 850RMB per night for this room. If I am not going to have the benefits of an executive room at least refund me. 3. Swimming pool times have drastically decreased to limited times. I know that this is Chinese New year but isn't this the time when the hotel would receive most of its guests and thus have all the amenities ready and working to make a guest stay very pleasant. 4. Breakfast buffet was below standard of a 4 star hotel. Not only was the selection of foods extremely basic but the food was severely under stock. One would think that a four star hotel would be able to plan for a busy time like Chinese New year but no, there was limited food on basic items like eggs and bacon. Staff were not prepared for such large amounts of people. 5. It seems like this hotel is closing down as many water features and other amenities are either out of order or not working properly. It is an embarrassment to call this hotel a luxury hotel. It has the facade of a luxury hotel but cannot deliver on basic amenities. Please see my photos for evidence of my unpleasant stay. The staff were very friendly and tried to help where they can but it would be better to close down this hotel than call it a luxury 4 star hotel.

Youth Sunshine Hotel is really suitable for young people! As soon as I entered the door, I was attracted by the fresh and energetic decoration. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the sound insulation effect was good. I slept until I woke up naturally. The front desk lady was super intimate. Not only did she patiently recommend the surrounding food, she also helped to store luggage. The price is absolutely perfect, the free breakfast is rich in variety, and the travel is super convenient! Next time I come to live here, I must Amway to my friends!
